Illidan Stormrage a demon hunter would be invaluable to the inquisition.
Reaver from Fable he is best suited to orlesian life.
And Elizabeth from Bioshock because shes one of the more useful companions in video games.

Logan Thackery from GW2 would be my tank because Troy Baker
My Demon Hunter from D3 being ranged damagey, all she has to do is point her crossbow at things and they explode into pools of gold, I'll be the richest person in Thedas! Also...Demon Hunter? Yes, one of those please when the sky is raining demons.

I saw this thread yesterday and didn't get the chance to post as I had to rush off. My choices would be -
Iorveth (The Witcher 2) - brilliant swordsman, archer and sexiest BAMF elf ever!
Edward Kenway (Assassin's Creed 4 BF) - good to have a Welsh pirate on your team, handy with the blades
Belrand (Skyrim) - the hardiest companion in Skyrim, plus a bloody good spellsword
Special mention to Dog in Fable 2, Dogmeat (any dog companion really) and Fawkes in Fallout 3.
