Alright so in Origins we got the following plot line format: Origin Story Tutorial - Ostagar Lothering - branch out to 4 big area quests where you "help" and "unite" various ppl to your cause - and then Final Showdown
In DA2 we have a different kind of a story format that goes: Scripted Tutorial - Act I Deep Roads - Act 2 Qunari Invasion - Act 3 Templar-Mage Conflict
In both games there is overall and overarching setting/theme of a constant enemy and goal (the blight in Groins and the templar mage tension in 2). Origins, like a lot of other bioware games, resembled titles such ME3 and KOTOR while 2 followed a different, more scripted and linear story-heavy theme (i mean it was literally story-time with varric and cassandra). What will be get in Inquisition? There was all the hype about the "open-worldness" of the game and how big their areas were going to be, and packed with countless things to do on your own accord much like TES:Skyrim. So are we going to get the classic Origins, "gather support from all the disunited factions who are all in a crisis and then fight off evil in an epic standoff" or will it be the "linear story of a person where the decisions have already been made for you as you grind though the mean streets of Kirkwall" or just maybe perhaps it will be something new?
P.S. why did Bioware Mod2 close down the DAI Brothel topic?
