I've never played that way, can anyone indulge my curiosity?

I am particularly interested how hardens Alistair doesn't allow human noble to marry with Anora and rule jointly. What are his lines?

I think you've been misinformed. A hardened Alistair will not specifically object to this match.

However, a hardened Alistair will be more amenable to taking the throne. And if he is the one to duel Loghain (and has not agreed to marry Anora), then he will simply execute him immediately afterwards without the possibility of you choosing to induct him into the Wardens, and then he will simply assume the throne for himself.

He will also be amenable to taking a female, non-HN love interest warden as a secret lover when he is king, even if he marries Anora.

Unhardened Alistair varies in his responses at the Landsmeet mostly in regards to how you plan to end it.  If you keep him unhardened (which is the only way to put your male Cousland on the throne with Anora), he will be more reluctant to deal decisively with things.  Nowhere else in the game is the difference between both personality choices so starkly in contrast. Unhardened Alistair made me want to slap him in the Landsmeet, waffling from decision to decision because he was never made to feel his choices had any value (or to trust them).  Whereas 'Hardened Alistair' has a more decisive bent.  He will seize the throne after executing Loghain (except in the case of a female noble, then you get to place him on the throne with yourself as queen) where unhardened balks.  Though it's kind of frustrating that the dialogue is the same on the female noble in that he says "What? Me king?  When did we decide this?"

Unhardened Alistair gives the oath freely and happily (so no objection to the player 'taking the bullet for him' and marrying Anora at all!).  Hardened Alistair offers the oath as well, though it's with more reluctance--he still feels Anora is a bad choice--but hell, at least it isn't him!  Even hardened Alistair doesn't want to be king.

If you choose to put him on the throne with Anora and save Loghain. He will let himself be interrupted by her, rather than storming off.

As others have already said, Hardened Alistair will be more receptive to both becoming king and marrying Anora. He'd still rather not do it, but if that's what it takes to stop Loghain and the Blight, he'll do it. And if you're playing a non-HN female romancing him, you can then convince him to let you stay as his lover when he becomes king.

But the biggest change comes with deciding Loghain's fate. If you decide to recruit him, you can still convince Alistair to marry Anora. He'll leave the party for good, but will appear post-Landsmeet and during the coronation. The dialogue makes it clear though, that he hates you for that and only reverts back somewhat if Loghain dies killing the Archdemon.

There's no difference in his dialogue in Awakening that is brought on by Loghain's fate, I'd like to point out. Whether that was just refusal to re-do the lines in the context of Loghain's survival or Alistair more-or-less forgiving you I couldn't say.

I'd like to think it's Alistair finally coming to terms with your decision.

So would I, but there's a good chance it's just lazy use of the voice actors.

Wishful thinking, it's lazy use of the voice actors.  Alistair is still bitter about Loghain 7 years later in his King cameo with Hawke.
