I like the videogame thread idea but really watch more anime than play non-Bioware games.

 

Claire from Claymore would be my fighter.  Come on, just look at my avatar.

 

Juvia from Fairy Tail would be my mage (goth Juvia: drip, drip, drop... before she became ditzy over Gray-sama.)

 

Edward Elric would be my rogue.  Yeah, I know more like a mage, but who needs to pick locks when you can just transmute everything open.  (We just don't comment on his height.)

I think Teresa would be the better choice from that anime, to be honest.

 

But anyway, I think I'd go for Haji from Blood+, Kakashi from Naruto and C.C. from Code Geass.

Lelouch, also from Code Geass, would make a good military advisor, I think. If that would make him the third character, I'd give Haji back and just take the other two as companions.

Anime means animation and manga means comic.

 

Majority of anime shows are based on mangas which is why there is usually both of same title. Anime can be also based in novel, visual novel, game, card game or be original production. Then there is lot of mangas without animes since only somewhat popular one's get anime adaption.

Not too familiar with Kill...but 1st 2 are excellent choices.

From anything that's ever been made in to an anime?

Lindow Amamiya from God Eater, mostly because of the power a God Arc has. It can consume a living being in a single bite, but if it doesn't kill you, it absorbs your powers and transfers them to the God Eater. They're also incredibly tough to kill, since they can only be finished off by an Aragami, which is what their God Arc is, or another God Eater using God Arc equipment. That, or they turn in to a massive raging monster that shoots fire from its mouth, which is awesome. Lindow is one-hundred percent my warrior.

Daisy-023 from Halo Legends because she's a Spartan. I don't need to say much about that. She might have died, but her last stand was long, and she took a lot of enemies with her. Daisy would be my rogue since she's one of the faster Spartans.

Minato Arisato from Spring of Birth/Midsummer Knight's Dream...because he's Jesus. If anybody played Persona here, I don't need to go beyond explaining that much, and it fills up the mage slot nicely.
