Hmmm this is an interesting question, one of the first characters to pop into my mind is white hair Moka Akashiya from Rosario Vampire she'd make a pretty good fighter and would put enemies in their place also Mizore Shirayuki might make a pretty good rogue she's pretty sneaky. I also think some of the characters from Sekirei would make good companions cause they range from fighter types to similar to mage type.

San from Princess Mononoke would basically be an Ash Warrior who utilizes a quick motions and a spear.

 

Felicia from Dark Stalkers as my Rogue.  She uses stealth, speed and claw-like twin daggers.

 

Wendy Marvell from Fairy Tail as my mage.  She's mostly control and support utilizaing wind to inhibit enemy movement and healing spells to keep the party alive.
