True that. I didn't mean to illustrate an extreme. I don't think you need to be all over your significant other to prove you love them. Just being there for them when it counts, also accepting them for who they are, faults and all. Not exactly overlooking them, but understanding that whatever they are doesn't outweight how much you care for them. Respecting them, things like that.
Ding! Ding! Yep. Respect is the key, as long as you have that I think any relationship can work. And it can be no small thing especially over the course of many years, people can get complacent with dat ****.

Hell yeah. One of my grandparents once said that love is having the utmost respect for someone. I brushed it off at the time when he told me because of an arguement but I began to understand he was right on the money with that in recent months. Respect is one of the most important things when you want a relationship to work, for both sides.

Love, you can't explain. It just is, and it can be the best and worst all at the same time. If you're lucky enough to find it you'll know it's different for everyone. I was also amused at the chest thumping earlier lol, no matter how cut or tough you think you are there is always someone tougher life is strange that way.
