Them maybe eventually we'll get a game that brings the 3 of them together properly - it would probably be the final game in the franchise, mind you.  Or at least the franchise as we know it.

Ideal use? Making my Inquisitor a piece and jam after a hardcore session of sitting his arse on the throne. I mean I thought sitting in the cinema was uncomfortable but sweet lord them thrones ain't recliners.

I would like them to have quests related to them, rather then just an split second cameo, and I get the feeling they will be companions, but not more then an fight or two.

I will accept no less then something like this when they show up to help the Inquisitor:

*snip!*

 yes please!!

Are you Scottish?  'A piece and jam' is a bit of a giveaway!  :D

Nah man. Superman is the Warden. Superman is always the first. Even in RL. The Inquistor is Wonder Woman. Or Green Lantern if you're a misogynistic piece of ****.

/sarcasm

As for Hawke...

Both parents deceased, has a flying creature as their official symbol/coat of arms (and in their name), is an incredibly wealthy crimefighter, lives in a mansion with a sarcastic butler, has a friend who's the chief of police, has a complicated relationship with an untrustworthy thief, is not the Champion Kirkwall needs but the one it deserves, who's forced to go on the run at the end of the second installment...

So, I guess that makes them Batman?

Not me. The Inquisition is the Justice League and the Inquisitor is Superman.

So does that make the Warden, Wonder Woman? And Hawke is Batman?

It shouldn't come as a surprise that the three of them can be viewed as the holy trinity.

Finding Hawke will be key to solving the mage-templar conflict, count on it. Perhaps it will even be a companion quest for Cassandra.

And the Warden being a quest for Leliana/and or Morrigan doesn't seem to outlandish

I very much like this idea. I want to see them come back and would love to have a mission or two. But, I don't think it can happen. Both my warden and hawk were blood mages and since they don't have a blood mage spec in DAI my warden and hawk wouldn't be the same. :(

If my Warden DOES come back. I want to know where he went with Morrigan and also I want to see my son! My warden was probably training him to be a badass hero and teaching him how to kill demons and Darkspawns  :D

With their powers combined....Captain Planet!

I see two purposes for my Inquisitor to look for Hawke and Warden - answers, and gaining influence.

 - Inquisitor is trying to figure out wtf is going on, and two of the most influential heroes of their time disappearing, is suspicious. My Inquisitive mind wants to find them to and see if it's linked all all the other crazy going on.

- Inquisitor needs the support of all of Thedas in order to save the day. Getting the Hero of Ferelden on my side would gain me lots of supporters, Hawke might help a little...

I'd love to see my older characters so the bigger the role the better for me. It'd be nice to see them with their LI's but if I remember right there is no Zevran in Inquisition and no info about Anders and Fenris.

After the scene in the Enemy of Thedas trailer with the Inquisitor, Hawke, and a random Warden... I really want a badass team-up moment. :crying:
I was trying SO HARD to not get my hopes up about the Warden/Hawke in Inquisition before that trailer!

I wouldn't be opposed to them becoming agents, but I want an epic battle where they fight side by side BioWare for the love of the Maker PLEASE :crying: :crying: :crying:

This, after seeing the Enemy of Thedas trailer I was hoping we'll see the Warden/Orlesian Warden Commander and Hawke team up with the Inquisitor in epic boss fight, or that our previous characters show up as cameo in certain quest that they should involve. I don't care that their appearance will overshadow the Inquisitor since DA: I is about the Inquisitor saving the world, and there are 150 hours of screen time for the Inquisitor. I hope that their appearance will be something more than mere agents for the Inquisition...it seems like an insult to both the Warden and Hawke.

i could see finding hawke as a part of the mage v templar war questline....

as for the warden, maybe we find them and put them in control of the wardens (you know cause we fight them for some reason)

I'd quite like them to show up and assist in the final battle in some way, maybe holding the line while the Inquisitor and team go in to face the final dungeon/boss.

Prior to that, I'm not really sure, but maybe in some conflict that links to them? My Warden has reason to get involved in the elven rebellion and the Warden problems, while my Hawke has reason to be involved in both (Merrill and Carver), and the mage rebellion.

I wonder about how the LI situation will be handled for the other options not returning Zevran,Isabella,Merrill,Anders,Fenris,Sebastian most likely wont return.

And since my Hawke was with Isabella where will she be exactly and if B-Ware pulls a she ran off and broke his heart I will be pissed big time.
