Two things.
1. Norton antivirus keeps quarantining CustomSettingsProvider.dll, which I can only imagine is making it so I can't open ME2CoalecsedEditor.exe.
2. I've managed to use the ME3 Coalesced Editor without any problems. Could anyone give specific instructions on how to install the ME2 Coalesced Editor and make it work? The description isn't very helpful.
