In around a couple of months we will buy and play the game that everyone on this forum has been discussing about for the last few uhh...i guess that depends how long you've been here. Inquisition will take place mostly(or at least alot?) in Orlais, a nation that among many things is known for it's openness in having mutiple sexual partners and according to lore even the royal court has lots of dirty lil' ongoings, such as the Empress Celeane and her female handmaiden Briala. So therefore one can only assume that there will be some sort of a brothel in Inquisition.

 

But where? In the city, in the slums, in skyhold? We got the Pearl in Origins, the Blooming Rose in 2, perhaps the Orleasian Sword-Sheath? Open Legs Estate? Varric's Pleasure House?

 

Brothels make sense because:

1)They fit in the lore of the game

2)They make the game more immersive, realistic, and gets u a nice feel~ to the setting they are trying to make you believe in

3)Brothels/Prostitution is the oldest profession in the world and a big part of the medieval culture & setting

4)They have appeared in the previous DA games as well as alot of other Bioware games and also in alot of other sandbox games like GTA and Saints Row

5)Everyone understands the issues of modern day forced prostitution exploitation and I personally hate the exploiters as well but I won't bring that concern into a fantasy game because........its a fantasy game 

 

Well, the Bio WareMod02 closed the first two thread (DAI Brothel? & DAI Brothel v2) but support still has to stay strong! C'mon Bioware give us that customizable Skyhold brothel DLC, cause a Dwarfquisitor's gotta do what a Dwarfquisitor gotta do

There are perks to a brothel in Skyhold such as up-ing the morale of the soldiers in the garrison there and Iron Bull will giv you tat +15 approval too!

It should be in a town or city, and maybe called Briala's Belle-Chose (which is an old term for vagina, in keeping with the names of the other brothels). The Blind Alley is another old term for ladybits - maybe that would do?!

There will likely be brother in the DAI, I don't see reason why there wouldn't be. I bet it will have "suprise me!" option as well or "special service" one.

 

I wouldn't want one in Skyhold nor I'm intrested to use one's services. But I guess we might have some quests there, like we did in previous game's brothels.
