Being spoiled. I'm taking an international trip the day after the game launches and won't be back home until the 26th. Everyone's going to have a week's head start on me!

Afraid that the religious aspect of the game will be too much and turn me off from fully enjoying it.

Major game-breaking bug or very annoying bug that was very obvious and could have been fixed if Bioware actually did proper bug-fixing (ME3 face-import glitch and awakening naked glitch, I'm looking at you).
Half-assed job at PC optimization.
Those are it.

MP not being as optional as claimed
Being reliant on an online component like the Keep for syncing up imports

Uh, how have you been able to play the previous games?
lol on Low resolution mostly and with ton of crash . I looked up BF4 system requirement and everything work for Minimum save for the graphic card . So I<m hoping I be able to swing it anyway .

My GT740M on my laptop not running it well (although people I ask seem to think medium settings are a safe bet)
My unwavering optimism being crushed on my first playthrough when I encounter some game-breaking bug/glitch
The Divine not being "divine" enough

I hope Bioware didn't spend so much time trying to mimic Bethesda that they forgot why we prefer Dragon Age.
we do?
16k posts says that you do like DA (and possibly ME, too) equally, if not more than, Skyrim.
Just saying!
EDIT: Cole has already been stated to be an optional recruit.

die before release is a pretty big fear....
them pushing back the release again....
ME3 ending....
They stop making the game cause someone burns down bioware's office cause their romance choice isnt bi-sexual

Mages and warriors being boring to play as like in Origins
Terrible looking Mage and Rogue armor
No armor/weapon dyes

Shallow dialogue choices, repetitive and streamlined combat that doesn't allow for out of the box thinking, a contrived and nonsensical epilogue sequence.
The first two I attribute to the length of the game. I don't think that Bioware is very good at these things (or at least they tend to streamline their ideas and call them polishing). If I can't get excited about these in a shorter game that has more time to go into details, then I doubt it will get better in a huge game.
The third is a problem with the latest games. ME2, ME3 and DA2.

I fear Bioware will try to please everyone be they people who want Skyrim levels of explorations, people wanting representation for every bloody orientation and or group out there, and the people who want every single little choice to matter no matter how small. And by trying to do all of these things they fall short and all of these people complain regardless of Bioware trying their best. Instead of "Thanks for putting the effort in." I fear they will only get "This could have been better why isn't it better?" But then again Bioware gets that with every game.

1. System specs...runing on low is not an option for me
2. some keep related error
3. open world...im actually was big anti-fan of skyrim and that game mode.
4. Story and endings...if this fails again then I pull christian bale
"you're a nice guys bioware..."
5. boring romance..so far female LI options doesnt impress me at all...male LI just destroys females in LI departement.

My biggest fears:
- shallow, stereotyped companions (DA2 companions were godawful, apart from Avelline and Varric)
- Mass Effect-y click-and-teleport- and-kill-10-mobs type of quests
- Mass Effect-y stronghold (all my friends living in my keep etc... it's just not what I consider good RP experience)
- combat too action-based to be strategic, too lame to be proper action combat (this isn't exactly Dark Souls combat)
Basically, the exploration and travelling elements don't seem to be there, at least from the gameplay videos.
You come to a table, click on a flag, port there, kill 10 mobs, port back. Much like ME.
And such an awful design in a RPG.

My biggest fears
-That the idiotic constant "Share you fears" and "What do you think people will hate most about DA:I" threads will drive the developers to drink, causing future bioware games to be cancelled as the developers addictions slowly destroy their lives.
Seriously, what purpose does this thread serve? BSN is mindnumbing sometimes.

As long as it's just the graphics, I'm fine with that.
It's a given that the game will look worse and suffer from longer loading times and poorer performance. That's just the nature of a modern game on old hardware.
16k posts says that you do like DA (and possibly ME, too) equally, if not more than, Skyrim.
Just saying!
EDIT: Cole has already been stated to be an optional recruit.
It doesn't imply that in the slightest. It just suggests that (s)he posts here a lot. Nothing more, nothing less.

In general I am in the 'too much like Skyrim' camp.' In a way, I guess. I am worried about there being so much of some types of content, open worldyness, quests, and running around that it realistically takes away from my enjoyment of the game, or my ability to role play the way I want to. Whereas you will run out of certain content (talking with your characters for instance) before the game runs out.
This is probably closest to my fear as well. Skyrim Syndrome. To this day I have never completed the main quest line in Skyrim because I get so distracted doing side stuff. That's less of a concern here--I'm sure the narrative will run more strongly through the entire campaign than it does in Skyrim other than "oh right, dragons"--but I'm still a little concerned that some impetus will be lost in the transition to more open world style of gameplay. At the very least, it might impact my desire to replay as many times as I'd like to.

But spoilers too.
My willpower suffered during ME3 and DA2 countdowns, but people also put spoilers in the topic so even if I was strong willed, I would have been spoiled anyway, and I can't do media blackout.
BSN let me know when the UK ME3 CE preorders got messed up. I'm scared the same will happen with DA:I and GameStop.

- Blackwall being the "thane" of dragon age by getting killed, no matter what you do. (or any LI really)
- Long hair or hair in general "bleeding, glitching and or clipping" through armor, face or shoulders. (minor issue)
- I fear there will be no "hide helmet" option. (minor issue)
- I fear that I wont be able to mute that "bird noise" that the rogue weapons make. (minor issue)
