That my family will forget what I look like after I spend the next few years doing nothing but playing inquisition.

I have no fears. At least not for personal reasons. I have a small fear that DA:I will fail in some way, but the only thing I'm thinking of then is the developers. Just for their hard work they deserve better. The satisfaction of success.
Personally, I do not fear that I will dislike DA:I. That I will, is at least conceivably possible. But it is nothing to fear. I do not mind giving the developers my money for the game. I'm OK with that, even if don't like the game. At least they will have tried, and I'm fine about paying for that.
And I'm so curious about the game that I really have to have it anyway. Regardless.
And regardless, there will be other games to play. And regardless, even if there weren't, there are other things to do.
There is (in video gaming) nothing to fear. Only things to embrace and discover.

I'm afraid bioware/ea will pull a ubi and rockstar move and delay the pc release by two months.

I fear the lack of a mirror or an item that would allow us to change our character's appearance if we're not satisfied with what we started with. Dragon Age 2 fixed that with the DLC but I hope they will implement it in DAI as well.

I'm a tiny bit scared of the cooldowns on healing and support spells... They were insane in DA2.

Combat even duller than DA2's, and party micro-management emphasized to the point of tedium.

Hairstyles being awful.
The release date being pushed back again. (Especially now that GTA V is being released on Nov 18th alongside Far Cry 4)
The Inquisitor dies in all of the endings.
Lack of romance/friendship content (looking at you, ME2)
One of the companions dying an inevitable death.
Another Virmire situation.
Past decisions manifesting in terrible ways.
The game not being as long as advertised. Though since I work and go to school that would probably be a good thing lol.
CC being limited.
As excited as I am for the game, I'm keeping my expectations low. Either I'll end up pleasantly surprised or I'll get what I expected all along lol.

My biggest fear is that someone "important" from EA or Bioware will publicly comment on the whole gamergate fiasco in a manner that conflicts with my own views on the situation, thus forcing me to seriously question whether or not I want to actually purchase the game.
Barring the above, I'm only really concerned that I'll find myself with an Xbox One in December, while originally having purchased the game for the 360.
I have no doubts that I'll find something about the game itself that bothers me, but I don't see the reward in trying to predict what that will be...

I'm afraid of failing my last semester of college because DA:I comes out around the time term papers are due.

I don't really have any fears about the game mostly because 1) I don't have any preconceived notions of what it should entail cuz that's a great way to get disappointed and 2) my fears are generally reserved for more important stuff.

Pretty much this. I'm already feeling spectacularly unmotivated this semester, IDK if my divided attention can withstand DAI actually being out.

Money talks if microsoft or sony throws enof money EA's way it will happin look at halo and Destiny both were built for PC befor MS bought bungie
"Halo was built for the PC before MS bought bungie" No, it was built for Macintosh and shifted to include PC as well
"Destiny was built for PC before MS bought bungie" Destiny wasn't a thing until AFTER Bungie left Microsoft, 7 years ago, and there's nothing to suggest it was built for PC first, especially not as long as 14 years ago when Microsoft first bought Bungie.
Name one BioWare game that's PC port was delayed or non-existent - Other than Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood which was a Nintendo DS only game
