To anyone whose played the game, without saying any details, would you say the romances are deeper or "worth it" in ME2 compared to ME1?
No spoilers of course! Just an answer and why.
Are the romances deeper?

Depends on the woman in question.
In Tali and Garrus' case, they build on what has gone before with Shepard.

What do you mean by deeper the dailouge or the sex?
I've watched the Talimance on youtube, so i could answer questions regarding either. No spoilers of course.

Sure,no spoilers, what's your take on it CorruptedL? I mean...I'm not saying the romances in ME1 weren't mature or anything, because I still liked them, but do they feel more mature? Do you feel...I don't know, more connected? More intimate? More like an actual romantic relationship?

if you want an actual romantic relationship go find a hunchbacked hooker and call her wrex.

Having seen the Talimance, it's a intimate one that is a lot more focused than the scattershot one of the first one. However, my impression isn't that it's two people falling in love. It seems to start with the assumption Tali is already in love with you.
She's just never said it.
At least my interpretation.

I for one wonder if there is as much attention given to a ME1 LI than one who just started in ME2

The ones in me1 weren't deep at all. Mine with Kaiden consisted of conversations where I said 'you know, you don't need to call me commander anymore' and then he would start whining about our mission, or the council, or whatever. Then joker would comm me about a call.
The ones in DAO were much much better, and I'm hoping for a lot more conversations with the ME2 LI's. Like, not just one new convo after each main quest. Can anyone confirm this?

I'm hoping that Liara's one is deeper... especially with the comic and all..... but I really really want to flirt with Jacob....
