He needs Annihilation Field with Biotic Hammer.
Krogan Warlord Annihilation Field!
May take awhile before it can get to 1080p like PS4 and Xbone.

Judging from the video, it appears it doesn't conflict with Nova either...as far as I can see. If I do another playthought, it'd be again a Novaguard, so...no problems, it seems.
In fact, they mix so beautifully...now I truly wish there was a Vanguard like that in MP....they'd be way more competitive in anything higher than Silver. I can count the number of Vanguards I've ever seen in Gold/Plat with one hand. And the vast majority of them were Kroreegars.
Made it briefly by going into a Private Gold. I had to use the AF at Rank 1 with base cooldown. Not very pleasant.

You better tell me how you did it. Or someone will SUFFER!
(....me, probably
).
Seriously now, I've only glimpsed the link Deerber gave me, but it seems it's only SP, not MP...are there any differences in the method of obtaining the new powers that I should know?

It should work in MP as long as you have the in-game console activated. Once you are able to stream the powers from the DLCs using that method of that thread, you can use all MP powers. Scroll down to: Bonus Round IV: Unlocking MP Powers for SP!!! That's what you want, after that you can use it in SP and MP. If you want to use it in MP, you can either go to the testing maps, or play a private or public(must be host for powers to have an effect). If you're playing it in the actual MP, you can only use the power at Rank 1 with base cooldown.

Aww...only Rank 1? A pity, I believed it was like in SP. Why is it that way?
It may still worth a try though...

You can level it up through testing maps and in the SP. If you use it in either, make sure to level the power up to Rank 2 and then reset your powers again to undo the base cooldown and damage. This makes the game recorrect itself.
Use this command set sfxpowercustomactionbase isbonuspower true so that when you go into loading screens, your MP power or non-bonus power doesn't disappear from your powers. But make sure to disable it if you need to add powers or change your entire class. Just put the word false instead of true.
Explaneixon required, plz.

....OK, throught a combination of "not having read Deerber's link yet" and "it's 1:30 AM here and wanna go to bed badly", I haven't understand a salarian's quad about what you just said.
So, quick question before going to bed....can it be levelled up *somehow* in MP, and then be used in any MP match/map, or at least when I'm a host? (I don't plan on playing a Vanguard off-host anyway. Ever. Not even this build).
Nothing fancy really, just experience. It used to happen all the bloody times back in the days. Now it just happens once in a while. I assumed it was related to the vanguard space glitch, and when that was fixed it helped this other bug too, but maybe I'm wrong and I was just lucky. Or maybe I just learned to manage my gates better with time, as that bug is likely related to that...
Someday I'll tell you about that time on Ghost/Reapers when I Charged to a Brute, lost my shields. Then fortunately I managed to escape and take cover. Charged again. LOST MY SHIELDS AGAIN. Got synced by it. And ragequitted. Then you'll tell me again that bug was "softened" at some point ![]()

No, it can't. You can't give yourself more talent points, and the servers will always re-check if the character has the right powers. You can give it to yourself within the lobby, but it will disappear once you load in. And so, there's no luck there. To be able to use it in MP, you have to assign it to yourself during the match, but like I said, you'll have to suffer base cooldown and base damage.

Well, you speak like it happens sometimes, so I'd say it was softed, yeah, since it used to happen a couple times a wave back then ![]()
Also, the answer to your first question is very likely no.

Ahh, I understand now. Gee, what a pity...
Well, it's still better than nothing...

I've recently played a Novaguard bout, just for old times sake, and it happened twice to me.... ¬¬

You can negate the base cooldown with the console command: enablepowercooldown 0 but this is universal and everyone will receive it. When I meant "everyone," I mean "everyone," including enemies. So if you're up against Geth, those troll drones will shoot at you constantly.

Errr...I don't want to be responsible of any mass suicide spree, so I think I'll pass, thx... ![]()

Isn't that what normally happens? ![]()
Isn't that what normally happens?
LOL! In a way, yes, but a drone that constantly shoots would be even more annoying than the Geth faction combined. Just give those drones their own faction.
Neh, just give him AIU's dodge.
Whoever he pounces forward or backward will count as an insta-kill. Let's make a Phantom anorexic by sitting on her!

Theoretically you could modify the coalesced.ini entries. Just give rank 1 of any given power the stats you prefer by increasing the base values (such as duration, damage, radius etc) to the level they would have when fully upgraded to rank 6.
The only problem is that those who can level up the powers you've modded will also use the same basic (and much more powerful) version ...

And you can't change values that were balance changed...
Ah, I see. That sucks.
Ah, I see. That sucks.
In this particular case that wouldn't be a problem as I don't recall AF or nova being balance changed, but in general yeah, balance changes always override your changes, which is one of the main reasons why lots of things can't be done
Thing is, you wouldn't be able to slap powers that aren't native to particular MP character. The power would just disappear regardless if you did put points in it or not. Whenever you slap on a power onto yourself, you're given the raw version of it. By leveling up this version, it doesn't take any sort of boost from your passives, and simply ignores it. You have to actually slap a point on it, and then undo your talents to make the power regard powers boosts and cooldown recharge bonus.
I'm not sure if the servers actually recorrect the particular power and gives it balance changes.

The basic form will only run by base cooldown and base damage. It wouldn't be as strong as you think it'd be. You could modify the coalesced file entries that pertain to MP Talent points reward per level up, but the MP doesn't have any sort of command to allow the particular power to stay on the character through loading screens like SP has.

Krogan Warlord Engineer. Has rocket boots for Warlord Strike, and he throws out a Sentry Turret that hits enemies with Electric Hammer.
