For me, I'd like to have Shale be one of Skyhold's guards/pigeon killer, Isabela as one of my spies/smugglers, Sebastian as an ally in the Free Marches, and Dagna as well as all the major merchants from DA:O (the ones that help you out and/or give you quests) as merchants under your employ used to upgrade your stuff.

Mother Petrice- Spy on chantry business, maybe spreading chaos in ranks of Chantry and making easier to destroy the one's who Inquisitor doesn't like.
