On my 2nd trilogy playthrough, I managed to talk down Kaiden so he's alive. The wiki states to talk to him once you return to the normandy, which I did. But when I went to the Bonus Power selection menu: I see a glowing arrow pointing down, so I assume more bonus powers are available than what I can see. I then try to "scroll down" but can't scroll down any further.

Either...
1) I've done something wrong so I couldn't get Kaiden's Reave
2) A bug occured causing me to be unable to view all bonus powers available

Do you have a save prior to getting Kaidan back to the Normandy? Try starting a new game with non-imported Shepard and see whether it is available as a bonus power

Keep talking with Kaidan. I remember the bonus power showed up after I met him on the Presidium for dinner.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it shows up after the meeting at the cafe.

One of the powers unlocks right after the Observation Port scene (assuming you got it). If you don't you don't get that power. I think it was the Barrier and Reave was the one being unlocked after the cafe.

I have already had tea with Kaiden. I'm gonna check one more time to see if Reave is there.
If not, then I'm going to assume a bug happened for now.

Already have barrier, but still no reave, even after I had dinner with Kaiden.

Never heard of such a bug. Have you tried starting new game with Reave as a bonus power?

Just tried to create a Shepard with bonus power as Reave, but I can't find it, so I guess I don't have it.
It's pretty unclear on how to get Reave as I almost have all the other bonus powers without even trying.

You can start a new game with non-imported character, set the difficulty to narrative and push through the game, doing only the main quests until you get Kaidan. Talk to him as much as you can and make sure not to miss that Observation Port dialogue. Should not take long.

I did it once, when lost all my achievements and bonus powers after copying the wrong file

By the sound of it, it's a bug. I've had a similar problem; the first time I plated ME3 (at release) I unlocked reave by talking to Kaiden and it showed up on my bonus powers list, but since then it has disappeared off the list. I figured it was a glitch caused by one of the updates but, since I wasn't ever particularly interested in using it as a bonus power, I've never really bothered to try and rectify. I've had several playthroughs with Kaiden on the team since, always talking to all the crew at every opportunity, and have never had reave unlock, so if you talked to to him at the correct time and haven't had it unlock, chances are you're suffering from the same bug.

So my only option is to create a new playthrough and try to get the bonus power quickly. Problem is that all the other bonus powers are still present so even then, it may not show up.

In that case, I may never get reave, or how to get reave is confusing as hell.

I don't know about any bug where Reave doesn't show up on the list, assuming you went through all his conversations.  3 in the hospital, one on Normandy immediately after Citadel Coup, then the Apollo Cafe.

I'm fairly sure it is a bug for me, since I tend to talk to everyone after each mission and I do vaguely recall Reave unlocking on my first play through a couple of years ago. I'm on the xbox 360.

I just got his BP (again) after the coup when I talked with him as soon as I got back on the Normandy.

I'm on xbox as well. Let me just remember the conversation once I return to the Normandy...

"Blablabla, blablabla.......It's good to be back again. It's good to be back again. It's good to be back again."
Shepard checks bonus power but reave not present. Goes back to Kaiden.
"It's good to be back again. it's good to be back again."

I still have a save right before I recruit Kaiden. I'm gonna talk to him again and hopefully Reave comes up.

EDIT: I didn't realize there's an actual cutscene on the starboard observation. I didn't receive it since I was renegade to Kaiden when recruiting him, and now I tried being paragon to him. Finwlly got reave!!!

Conclusion: Be paragon to Kaiden when recruiting him (at the docking bay) in order to get the starboard observation cutscene. Immediately talk to him once you return to the Normandy.

Hmmmm. I think I've taken the paragon option when re-recruiting him, but I'm not entirely certain. I might give it a try if I re-play ME3. Either way, nice catch and I'm glad you got it sorted.
