I've been trying to look for the most relative topic after the Dex fix for daggers but wasn't sure if any of the threads through search engines were using that. So i figured id ask at the source.

I'm not sure what i want to do with my dwarf noble rogue at this point, dex str seems like a interesting deviant from my normal rogue who uses dex cunning for bard and assassin or bard and ranger specs. I'm curious about the Dex Str rogue because of the possibility for heavier armor at least up to medium or heavy, im not sure if such things help or hinder the idea. my original idea was to use full sized weapons in each hand but is that better than two daggers?

Well with DPS it depends if you want to focus more on talents or go autoattack. Autoattack a lot, stick with daggers. If you plan on focusing more on using talents, duel Veshaille or using Starfang as second weapon will give you good talent damage. Either way, you'll end up doing a lot of damage in Awakening.

I think as far as wearing armor, massive is only a issue if you're a archer.

DEX & STR works ver6y well, for both daggers and Archers. Heavy armor will aid against Overwhelm, Grab, and like special attacks, and as noted above, even Massive armor can ne utilized (though I prefer the Evon's mail and Wade's Superior Heavy combo for fatigue bonuses).

If you are dual wieling. I suggest spending mostly on cunning, but you still need a lot of dex in order to unlock all the DW talents. Anyway, unlock lethality and and with assassin, you will do extra backstab damage based on you cunning. And then for daggers, I personally suggest the Rose's thorn (whooping 30% extra backstab damage) and the dead taig shanker (from Shale personal quest), wich gives 5 extra cunning and interrupts mages casting spells.

Good point, if you choose Cunning. However, if you choose STR, simply skip the Lethality tier and use those selections elsewhere (Evasion might still be glitched anyway). And Rose's Thorn is a top end dagger; added weapon runes can offer a varied selection of choices.
