Is it possible to remove bonus talents via the console?
I've tried using negative values on the 'give' command and changes 'give' to 'take' but to no avail.
If no...
Is there a way to reuse a custom face on a new character?

The only real advice I can give is to not put any points into the bonus talent if you do not want it used at all. Other than that, I got nothing... Sorry.
Interesting enough, there is no "no bonus talent" option for any Shepards across all three games in the series. Either you have no bonus talent for first Shepards, or you are forced to pick a bonus talent on new Shepards after at least one bonus talent has been unlocked.

Is RemoveBonusTalent int not a valid command? For some reason I thought there was a valid way to do it, but I don't remember the syntax.

Sadly, no. Can't find it anywhere online either, so it probably doesn't exist.

I could do that, but I want the character to look uncheated on screenshots.
I guess I'll just recreate the face and pick the proper bonus talent.

I might have been thinking of the later games. For ME3 the command is "removepower" I have no idea if that would work in ME1.
Also searching google seems to be hit or miss for topics from the old forum after it was migrated.

Meh, I ended up just going with an Infiltrator with Hacking instead of Shotgun. I'll play like her like an Engineer with immunity, should be fun.

The only true way of removing Bonus Power is to delete all saves (turn off cloud sync), create a brand new char and then restore saves if needed.
