Hopefully Bioware keeps it up with the armor design, no boobplate armor or chainmail bikinis. Most all of the heavy armor for female Hawke was well designed in that regard, so I'll probably get over it pretty rapidly.

There is a Qunari Warrior in the starting lineup.

I don't understand the mentality of "I refuse to play certain gendered characters". I mean that's your business but to me it's a bit silly. Like, do you feel like you can't relate or be interested in a character unless it shares your gender?

I personally play opposite gendered characters all the time (my headcanon Hawke is, in fact) however, I think certain character types fit certain character types. The Reaver, in my opinion, would be perfect for an Elven female (though I believe is human?) And the Templar should be a human male, to me.

I'm fully aware of that, my point is that of the 12 characters, only one is Qunari and even he is just a generic male warrior rather than maybe a female Saarebas or something like that.
