I checked the manual and wiki and still can't find out how to actually equip my team with weapons. They have all these empty slots, and I keep picking up weapons. I have worked out the mods for the weapons. Thanks for any help.

Before every mission you get to equip your squad.... surely you can't have missed this.

Certain team members can only carry certain weapons. Whatever weapons they have pictured/equipped is the only weapons they can carry.

its been a while since I played the SP but I also think you can go to a gun bench like the one in the hangar on the normandy and equip and mod them as well.

Thanks - I knew where to equip them, I just didn't know how to get them from the bench to their backs. Thanks Ekozski.
