I enjoy weapon play more than abilities, so I'd say Female Human Soldier is my 2nd most played MP character seeing as that's just how I rolled in SP ME1-2-3.

However, my most played of all is the Salarian Engineer - And lately I've been having a blast with the N7 Engy. I've not really enjoyed many other classes, so I'd be happy with either Sol or Eng - Human or Salarian, no biggy.

I don't have one favorite, but I do have four that I keep returning to:

 

TGI with Black Widow (Heavy Barrel and scope). Any Ammo but Drill, AP and Incendiary seem best.

 

I know it's cheesy, but I love cheese!  After trying every kit as a sniper (even Krogan  ) for me this is just the perfect sniping set up. Overload for stun or TE's, cloak for the SR bonus, and Stims for get out of jail.  Dominating V Geth.

 

​Shadow with Piranha (or Scimitar) Melee Build. AP Ammo for boss take downs.

 

So much fun spamming SS all day, especially wiping out Phantoms.

 

Fury with Eagle and No passives. Warp Ammo.

 

Took me ages to find a build I liked but the 66606 works great for me.  My all time favourite v Reapers.

 

Geth Engineer with Hurricane (or GPSMG) Incendiary Cheese Only!

 

I'm a late comer to the GE, but now it's one of my favorites. Wiping out spawns with chain overload and constant TE's is so much fun.

Plus it's one of the few non infils I can do well with in Platinum.
