I don't know about class. Currently my favorite kit happens to be a soldier, but I jump around a bit. I have never been keen on engineers. Everything else has it's merits. I also love to add a role playing element with my race/weapon choices.

 

I still love my Kroldier with his executioner pistol (barrel, power amp), and built for full on fiery death. He's not the most efficiently built of my characters, but he's a gritty SOB. I obviously throw incendiary ammo on him. Blood Pack for life.

 

Juggy juggs with his geth plasma shotty (barrel, omniblade), force chokin' fools and sending banshees to schools. I don't know what that means. He may also be teaching some... rules. Generally I got for disruptor ammo with him.

 

The Turian Ghost is a grand ol' time. If I had a harrier beyond first upgrade I might use it, but he's content with his Phaeston (barrel, armor mod) and I may keep it since it's a solid and racially appropriate choice. People may jeer, but I love cryo ammo on this kit. I wish I had a mic so I could yell FREEZE! Though if I know I'm fighting geth I go disruptor.

 

Kroguard. Just... Kroguard.

 

And most recently, I have fallen in love with the basic Asari adept with her locust (barrel, power amp), and some warp ammo. They say that she trivializes cerberus, but I find reapers and collectors go down easier. She absolutely shreds.

 

Other kits I like but still find myself tweaking are the Slayer with a wraith, and the Destroyer with a graal and typhoon. Next I want to try a javelin wielding Geth Hunter. Essentially what I'm trying to do is find my favorite class and weapon matches so I can base what I play on the best consumables I have available. Pistol and incendiary III? Krogan soldier. Strength enhancer and cyclonic III? Seems like a good day to kroguard.

My favourite class is probably Adepts.

My favorite class changes almost every time I play.This weekend it was the Venom Fury,with AF+Throw for Biotic explosions everywhere.I'd almost forgot how much fun that kit can be.

It's been eighteen months, but I remember I used to do alright with that Asari Valkyrie chick. I just activated that field thing and used Warp on anyone who came near. Caused explosions and stuff. Used the Hurricane for the rooty-tooty-point-n-shooty.

My favorite class is the Infiltrators.  Extremely versatile, combining raw damage output with surviveability.  Just so many absolute powerhouse kits in this class.

 

My favorite kit however is the Fury. Although she can get frustrating off-host, she is one of the most enjoyable kits on-host.  I also have a lot of nostalgic love for this kit.  It was the first kit I ever did well with on gold and the first kit I took into platinum.  Oh the memories.

Class - Infiltrator, simply because it contains two of my favourite characters - QFI and Shadow. It also contains the TGI which I love to run around as a melee build and surprise pugs who expect a cheesy character - until they see a TGI start smacking phantoms around the head or whatever. ;D

I want a combat drone that has all those. It cruises up behind an enemy, fires arc nades to stun and strip shields, then snap freezes it to immobilize it, and finally flames it to a crisp.

Okay, new favorite as of this morning. I tried the GHI and didn't take to it. But the Asari Huntress + Viper + Warp ammo, 6/6/6/5/3, mopping the floor with reapers all day. I like this way better than the Asari Adept.
