How do you feel about the Volus Merc Sentinel, who is basically also an Engineer?

Class: Infiltrator; duration + bonus cloak and very decent powers are extremely useful.

Kit: Between the N7 Shadow and N7 Paladin. Both have phenomenal crowd control and good melee. If Electric Slash detonation wasn't bugged I'd definitely pick her, but for internal explosions the Paladin is definitely my favourite.

Continually saying 'Freeze this is the Police…!" does not get old.

I like the Merc because I hate Geth. He almost has to have a Claymore or Reegar equipped though. Who doens't love miniature Claymores?

The mini Reegar is even cuter. The great thing is that the damage isn't scaled down at all

 

Favorite class: probably engineers

Favorite Kit:  QMS and QFE are tied for favorite, QFI in third place, and if I had to pick a non-quarian, it'd probably be Phoenix Vanguard.

 

The Engineer class seems to have some of the best balanced (by which I mean all-round capable) characters in the game.

Despite what everyone telling me Hawk Missile Launcher sucks I use and love it.  Instant stagger on sight and they're dead before they recover usually.

 

What say you?

 

Hawk missile launcher is AWESOME! Multiple Hydra missiles with refire rate kicks serious ass! Looks & sounds awesome too with multiple missiles popping constantly all over the map. And it's hilarious when enemies just explode right in front of other players that are trying to shoot it (Phantoms). I rely on the stagger for most enemies. It's great for pushing Husks & Abominations back.

 

Favorite class= Soldier,Vanguard & Engineer.

My favorite characters are the Alliance Infiltration Unit & Geth Trooper.

I like the Hawks too. I skip Devastator Mode and max out everything else.

The Vorcha Soldier. He is so, so much fun to play. Plus, on Bronze, I can have the amazing pleasure of yelling ''I'M INVINCIBLE!!!'' while storming towards a Turret to kill it with melee. AND I usually end up in first place. AND I can easily do Fire Explosions. AND he's very good against the bullet sponges. AND Carnage is awesome.

 

I like him even more than the Havoc legionnaire.

Favorite kit is the AIU with AT-12 Raider.

Going ham on enemies 1 yard away. Looking Geth Primes in the eye while feeding them At-12 machine gun fire. No fucks given.

Tie between infiltrators and adepts.

Favorite kit by far is the shadow.

I switch around too much to pick a favorite. Using one thing a lot makes it OLD, FAST.

That said, there are some kits I like more than others....


Adept: Drell, Justicar, Fury, Shaman, Collector
Soldier: Krogan, Batarian, Destroyer, Trooper, Juggernaut
Engineer: Quarian (Male and Female) Volus, Demolisher
Sentinel: Turian, Krogan, Batarian, Vorcha
Infiltrator: Quarian (Male and Female) Ghost, Assassin, Huntress, AIU
Vanguard: Basically all of them, except maybe the Phoenix (I dislike powers competing with charge over cooldowns.)

Honorable Mention: Volus Mercenary Sentinel: Epic for soloing after shameless leechers bleed out, if they want the credits, they need to wait for me to slowly win. That'll teach those jerks to just try to leech easy credits when they don't even have a gear bonus to equip in Gold/Platinum!

been having some fun lately with a melee AIU ( marauders and dragoons flying off the map is worth going down a few times ).

When i get bored with those character, i just try to be fun with switching character randomly.

Graal or Lancer Cabal is my favorite.

 

There are a few others I like a lot, but the Cabal remains a nice carry class when I pug.

I use the Striker and Venom on him with Disruptor or Cryo ammo, so it's more like a tip to make the game go louder.
