I see what you're saying. Yea I hope it's like that as well. Though I do prefer the way she looks in the anime film than the game, something about that hairstyle she had going on at the time.
This pic advertising the movie in particural shows how badass she is (also reminds me of Shingeki no Kyojin, any anime fans here?)
She was also younger in that anime, her looking the same since then wasn't gonna happen

fair enough, but she could've kept the hairstyle, it looks really pretty on her

I have a suspicion that if Cassandra was going to look like this in DA:I, we might get less comaplaints about male romance options.

Can't she at least put on some pants or something? *grumble*I have a suspicion that if Cassandra was going to look like this in DA:I, we might get less comaplaints about male romance options.
One nick to the thigh and she'd be bleeding out.

Alexia, she gushed on mine as well, but then probably a lot of others too. I have yet done team battle, I keep gaining the Arishok's respect and actually prefer that option.

Don't you know the rule of armour in fantasy games? For female armours, less coverage means higher protection due to stronger enchantment been put on the armour, so you don't need to cover as many areas. Less is better... ![]()

I might get quartered by Cassandras fans but she is not gonna be anything like my Amber Rose well they are both female warriors and thats the only comparison in my opinion. I have been waiting and waiting for a female warrior LI.
Sir Cauthrien & Mhairi both appealed to me but sadly no luck there so I shelved my disappointment and waited for DA2 then Aveline stole and broke my heart "Thanks Bioware". ![]()
I think Hawke/Aveline had such a strong and natural relationship that could have started as close friends and then became lovers but the 1000 pound Gorrilla in this situation was Aveline wanted to get married and be a wife and if B-Ware let Hawke marry Aveline the fans of the LIs would raise hell even though Isabella would never get remarried again and Merrill maybe but who knows.
I will give The Inquisitor/Cassandra a shot but it wont be as natural as Hawke/Aveline the whole sword to my throat doesnt make me all fuzzy inside so we will see.

I really like Aveline, but I think I actually prefer her as the fussy big sister trying to keep the completely un-law-abiding Hawke in check, rather than a potential romance.
But that's just me. :S

shes ugly as hell. they did a good job on her in DA2 though. I can't stand short hair on women. One of my biggest turn offs and I thought they did a really good job on her in DA2. she was hot then.

Although , I'm happy with Bela as my main romance

If Cassandra ends up being even half as awesome as Aveline I'll be overjoyed.

ANOTHER CASSANDRA'S NOT GOOD LOOKING THREAD?
I think Solas looks like a freaking Nosferatu but I think we got a whooping 2 threads (that were weeks apart at that) about Solas looks. Meanwhile Cass seems to get a thread every day.
Good grief. Her looks aren't going to change. If it bothers you...romance someone else.

The problem with Aveline had nothing to do with her physical attractiveness, it was that she was bland and awkward (IMO). "The perfect guard captain" does not make for an interesting romance. Having a dead ex doesn't do much to spice her up either, and that was about all they really did with Aveline since she wasn't a LI.
In short, what I'm hoping from Cassandra is tough and aggressive but more interesting and expressive. I have no interest in romancing a rock, there's a reason Shale wasn't a LI.

True but they could have had her as a LI but they didnt and I will admit it I didnt really find Isabella or Merrill all that appealing and the only female characters that I liked were Bethany & Aveline and one is the PCs Sister and the other they want to marry to Donnic. If Aveline was a LI in DA2 I would have played it more than 3 times.

Stopped reading there.
The only reason she looked so "Bootiful" was due to poor graphics, hence granting every female undetailed and rather plain appearences.

Aveline was normal and yes awkward at times but she was a vastly superior character to both Isabella and Merrill (IMO) I liked them the same way I like Liara as a Character but not as a LI.
I want Cassandras romance to be great just like you hence as I said we will see.

Then don't romance her?
Ether romance Josephine or roll a female and romance Sera if she isn't "hot" or "feminine" enough for you.
Or if they don't appeal to you do what I did in DA2 romance no one.
