now obviously it has to look different since its a new engine but she just looks way too masculine
with that jaw...
I mean with all the other characters the engine had a positive effect just look at Leliana and Cullen both look way better
than before
I hope any Angst/Mistrust crap Cass has toward the Inquisitor will be resolved quickly I know there will be some but I am hopeful Casses Romance wont be defined by that crap.It ruined Ashley/Kaidens Romances in ME3 and I prey it isnt gonna ruin Cass as well.

I don´t. Cassandras sweaty greasy short hair seals the ugly deal. I´m more like Aerie, Morrigan, Merrill kind of guy, feminity being the key word.
It is unfortunate then because see seems to be a really honorable woman, of course it is fine to be attracted to her physically but it seems the bigger complain about her, is her "unattractive" face and not her being pro-chantry for example.
I do not find Sera appealing but I am sure not gonna to create topics bashing the character physical appearance, it is more about her abrasiveness than anything else.
It's both for me actually. I don't find her very appealing and I certanly have no intentions of being friends with her due to her ties to the Chantry (one of the main reasons I didn't romance Leliana).
I guess it's just perspective in the end. I personally prefer Sera over Cassandra. I can understand if people find Cassandra attractive, but it's annoying of how if someone disagrees, they are pretty much trown into the pike.

I agree. In the original teaser, she had a jaw like Johnny Bravo, and in the first game footage video, she was wearing fairly bulky armour. This might stick in the minds of some people, but in the later screenshots, BioWare seems to have dialed that back, giving her a smaller frame (and jaw). I suspect that, upon release, the only arguments towards her masculinity will be her hairstyle and the fact that she's a warrior.

To be fair, romancers are a huge part of the posts on the forum and should be noted as having valid opinions on being presented as one or not.
But I find her personality as attractive as her looks.
Leliana, Morrigan, and Cassandra are all wonderful mixtures of soft, hard, and playful.
Sadly, Isabela and Merrill's personalities didn't really work for me in their romance arcs. I liked Bethany and Charade a lot more.
Which makes my Hawke feel very weird.

I thought her jaw looked smoother from the original reveal as well because i din't like the way she looked at all but you are right I think they have dialed it back,

i agree but remember its only a vocal minority fans like me who consider her very attractive either like her physically or the fact like she's potentially a more mature romance for the PC
This is what I think as well Cass will probably be a much more mature romance but I am hoping that we "Inquisitor" will have the chance to be a little immature while in a relationship with Cass that would be funny.

For me, physically, Cassandra is hit or miss depending on the screen shot. I think her facial features would benefit from being a little (emphasis on little) less sharp. That said I think she looks good, but nothing that'll make me bite my knuckles. I'm willing to give her a shot. If her personality is too much on the dominant side I'll have to drop her and stick with the glowy green hand. Josephine seems like she's too submissive and that's why I passed on Leliana in DA:O.
Isabela wasn´t feminine. She was an arr pirate with a lots of std. That is not a feminine feature.

What's sadder is that it was obvious that she was very popular with that fan base as well. Nearly every fanart I've seen with her were f/f and after the reveal I stopped seeing art altogether of her*sigh*

This type of Romance would be interesting if it was like Aveline/Sarcastic Hawke but with an actual Romance arc.Cassandra would constantly put The Inquisitor in his place it would be funny.
But having a Pragmatic,Cold & Ruthless Inquisitor and her butting heads all the time would get old fast.
