I'm not trying to bring it down, honest. 
I think the Qunari can be liked for genuine reasons. Like some of these philosophy threads that pop up here from time to time shows some true Qunari (lore wise) fans. But often it seems that people just fetish-ize their appearances or horns. In which case, I just think those people are furries. Or something like it.
