I've only been on the forum since a little before ME2 came out for the PS3 and maybe it's selective memory at play but I don't recall such 'focus' on the romances as there has been this time around.

Yesterday I saw somebody say that in order for there to be equality there has to be the same number of same gender relationships as opposite gender ones in the game. I mean... really...

 

It's become ridiculous at this point. I absolutely love seeing same gender couples in fiction and definately agree that we should see more of them, but I'm not going to sit there with a notebook tallying up the numbers of same gender and opposite gender couples I see and then screaming if the results aren't the same.

It would be, if there were an actual reason tumblr is irrelevant besides the fact that it's a "shithole." You're choosing to get upset by the dickheads on the BSN, while ignoring the dickheads elsewhere that represent the opposite stance to the one you want to be upset by, and pretending that they don't matter so you can be even more upset by the overwhelming majority of the specific dickheads that you detest.

 

It's honestly one of the strangest things I've seen in my time here.

The real nasty dickheads are on either side of the argument, the dickhead portion of people caring for social justice matters (to not say "SJW") are on tumblr, meanwhile you have the awful anti-inclusivity dickheads on 4chan.

 

Now if you have a dickhead-o-meter, we can mesure which one is the nastiest dickhead, but I fear it might not be terrribly relevant here on the BSN which is, by internet standards, relatively civilised.
