Presumably every nation considering you're saving the world.

We should hav the option to bring ruin/ignore them to their fates to a nation based on RP reasons......for example my elven mage would love to let the Fade Monsters consume the evil dominion that is Orlais! ![]()

Unfortunately, that includes a lot of elves and humans.
Really, it's only the ruling class which sucks.
ARISE SERFS OF ORLAIS AND UNITE! YOU ONLY HAVE YOUR CHAINS TO LOSE!
I think we can pick a side in the Orlesian civil war... considering how powerful Orlais is, that decision alone will likely impact every other nation on the continent in some way.

If Briala is among the contenders to support in the Orlesian storyline, it might be possible to weaken Orlais.

Doubtful considering she didn't mention using them at all for military applications, mass migration and transfer of resources doesn't make poorly armed and equipped rabble an army.
Seriously put either of the major contenders for the throne on the field against the elf and she loses nine times out of ten.

I want an option to cripple Orlais. Like when you import Awakening to Witch Hunt with Amaranthine destroyed and you get a skull and crossbones over it's icon. Like that, but worse.
Let Ferelden and Nevarra vie for which nation becomes the next superpower.

The bigger problem with Briala's plan is it will incredibly hurt the economy of the nations and only cause the countries to have to act against her. and if they don't she is only gonna cause humans to hate the elves more. She didn't think her plan out at all.
And was just selfish. and now her only human ally hates her so she has no supporters except for other revolutionary elves who most likely only want to war with humans like the elves of Halamshiral.
Let Ferelden
lol
I think regardless of other nations, I can't see Felderen recover to its former glory or survived and retain its independence after suffered from the Blight, the Civil War, Mage-Templar War and the Breach. When stability have been restored in Orlais they are likely to take advantage of Felderen's feeble state, and try reconquer Felderen again in some way.

Whatever bro. You just like that country full of prissy nobles because of the Chantry. A Ferelden berserker is worth twice the salt of an Orlesian knight.

._.
No.
And No.

If you say so. Ash Warriors are still better than Chevaliers. Another case of better individual soldiers vs better funded and organized army.
Can't say I particularly care about the state of Orlais when I'm done. Ferelden perhaps, just because I know the dude on the throne, and don't want all those dogs to go to waste.
I like Rivain the most. They sound like the most chilled-out nation in Thedas. I wanna go there tbh.

To my knowledge they have never been confirmed to engage each other, so what do you base that on?
A tired old dwarven discipline that any dude with an angry issue can envoke? Or the best trained and equipped force of knights in existence?

Ash Warriors are the Human version of the Legion of the Dead. They're basically Wardens without the taint and mages trained in the Battle-Wrath. Chevaliers have... shiny armor.

Reread TME.
Until then this conversation is over.

They train against undead. They murder someone upon initiation. Big deal.

They're still Orlesian and thus inferior. They should stick to deceit and ostentation.
