yea they are really dragging this interview out

This interview was...quite short.
I am loving the outfit the Inquisitor is wearing in that one screen.
The one thing that intrigues me the most is the mention of recruitment missions, more agents maybe? Or just allies in different areas? And to be honest, I'm not too worried about the wait time thing, it'll give me a chance to just go out and amble around Thedas aimlessly. Or do some baking IRL.
Gah I can't wait 'til November, I'm practically shaking like a kid who's had too much lemonade over here.
I'm 90% certain we have confirmation that the war table quests run off of system time and not in game time, so you can quit the game and time for war table missions will continue to go down.I'm sure that's the case. I mentioned AC: Brotherhood before. Quests were there timed from several to about 20 minutes real-time.
I think that some people think that it will be like in mobile/facebook games, where you have to wait 8 hours for the quest to complete.
I;m also sure, that the game will only count the time when you're actually playing. So leaving your computer for the quest to finish would do nothing.
Yea Derek or Allan, cant remember which, did say this a while back. So if you choose you can leave the longer missions til when you are leaving the game for a few hours and come back later to find them finished.
Nice!
CL]: Operations will give you different rewards such as gold, rare crafting materials, weapons and equipment, new recruits, and even the ability to rebuild structures you've seen on your adventures.
Does this mean a game finally understands that in order for me to continue doing metagaming tasks I need to be properly rewarded? This is great because I know(or assume) now I will at least be using some items towards the end. Crafting materials, gear and weapons is something I can almost guarantee I'll be using by the end of the game. Too many times do I play a game that using metagaming tasks and it uses 1 currency to reward you. That currency then has very little use 25% through the game. Assassin's Creed and the GTA games are massive victims to this design. I then stop doing the tasks because I don't feel rewarded. They seem pointless. At least DAI is trying to address this concern.
I hope this design completely spilled over to all the side-quests we can do while exploring. Please don't hand me a currency as my only reward and then halfway through the game I have no need for it anymore...

That was a quickie one, but full of goodness.
My eyes bugged out at the look of that outfit the Inquisitor is wearing. /Grabby hands
I wonder if we will be able to get enough power/influence to spend on everything that is available on the table or it will be limited. I hope here the choices will be about which kind of adviser your use for any particular mission, choosing what to do with limited resources will be too much, as people will metagame by skipping missions with weaker rewards.
I've been really waiting for information about the Skyhold but these interviews are super short and not saying anything new. It doesn't make any sense that they're chopping them up like this. It's not even accompanied with any footage. I know more than enough about the game to make a purchase but still....

It's all about teasing about the information. To those who are yet un-decided.
So the war table ISN'T for having rough sex on with your advisors?
Correction: It's for your still living warden to have rough sex with you head of espionage.
This game is going to rock.
Leliana, Cullen, and Josephine are your primary advisors in the Inquisition. They represent the three pillars of power: espionage, military, and politics. Each of them leads a contingent of agents they send out on operations that help you in your search for and battle against the Elder One.
So, just like that, a spoiler about who is the main antagonist?
At least that's a spoiler to me, maybe it's already widely known...
I wonder if that outfit is dyeable?
Maybe OT but I hope some things like redecorating the main hall don't take too much time because I'm definitely going to try out all the choices before deciding.
Yep, they already confirmed the Elder One is the main antagonist. They even made an interview in the site about writing him compared to other DA antagonists. So, just like that, a spoiler about who is the main antagonist?

its been known for a while now
I see, my apologies then.
I tried to avoid story spoilers as much as I could, and I was just surprised reading it hidden among the lines like that ![]()
To those concerned about missions taking real time, you can simply change your computer clock forward (in most games that do this) to bypass it. Since I plan on playing this 18 hours a day when its released, ill be doing this.

With every awesome feature they reveal November feels further away.
We need a fast forward button on this whole "time" thing. ![]()
