The real test would be to use Javik's joke on James, and see if anyone responds with a deliberately awkward, "Um...yeah! Ha ha ha! That's a good one!"

I completely forgot about my girlfriend's birthday a couple months back and all I could think to do was quickly scribble down Charr's poem. I only had to adjust a couple words here or there, but by and large it was identical. It brought her to tears!
Saved. My. Life.
Rest in Peace, Charr.

Sorry, correction. Not the poems from ME2, but the dying message that you bring back from the Rachni caves in ME3

I used this line of Wrex once:
''They're fools, you should eat them!''
To describe foolish friends of a friend of mine.
Oh, and when (and if) I'm ever caught killing a cop, and if another cop feels like saying ''You know what we did to cop-killers in my world?'' I'll make sure to say: ''You know what we did to dirty cops in MY world?!''
Shame it'll never happen.

I was cleaning the fridge the other day, and taking out shelves. The glass wouldn't slide out, and I was trying not to force it. I ended up muttering, "Come here, you stupid bosh'tet!"

Sitting around the fire with several buddies, everybody is telling jokes, and I'm not the best with jokes so when it's my turn I told them the one from the Rachni Wars about the krogan and salarian. One guy got it.
After more than 2 years I still don't get this one. What's it about?

Oh, I meant I never got the joke (If there is one?). I've seen it plenty of times. Is it just the implication that the Salarian is dead?

I never did contribute any RL references to this conversation, did I?
- When someone says something I agree with, I always say "I like this human. s/he understands!"
- Like everyone and their mother, I always strive to say "I should go." when ending a conversation.
- I once headbutted someone who really got on my nerves, looked them in the eye and started howl-laughing like a madman. I'm telling you, it works...Makes you a little dizzy but it works.
- I once did a little happy dance after seeing someone I hadn't seen in a good long while, pushed someone out of my way, and said: "[NAME HERE]! My friend!" and smiled like a doofus. I like to pretend the happy dance was a deliberate reference.
- I have a friend named [First Name Redacted] Shepard.
- "Shepard. Gregg. Shepard. Gregg. Shepard Shepard Shepard. SHEPAAAAAAARD. Gregg. Barker, didn't see you there."
- I have another friend who's name isn't Shepard, but I met him when he was wearing an N7 sweater. I walked by him and mumbled "Shepard." he mumbled "Grunt."...it's been two years now, and we still don't know each others' actual names.

... no. Mass Effect superfan though I may be, I can't remember a time where I referenced it, besides maybe having said "I should go."
Now with Dragon Age, I am a walking meme factory. I guess feudal fantasy is more my style than space.

That last one. It's like in multiplayer when you don't know your teammates, but you work so well together.
I'm guessing you call each other Shepard and Grunt.
