Vivienne wins in terms of appearance, hands down.
I find Josephine to be the most attractive on the outside, which is fortunate since if I understand correctly she's the only female LI with absolutely no limitations on who can romance her. (In Origins I did one playthrough as a man of each origin, did an extra male Cousland, then started rolling women.) And honestly her "let's try to do this without anyone needing to die for our goals" mindset parallels mine too. And I don't think anyone else we've met in this setting shares that goal. So, there's the inside spoken for.

Best looking physically: Cullen and Josephine
Inner beauty: Definitley Varric. He is so darn lovable and charming. How can you not adore this guy and he is good looking too.
If I were to pick someone from the Dragon age universe, it would be my bias which is Alistair. I love his looks and personality.
