Not being all that impressed with the DAI portrays characters visually, I think that the only character that looks attractive in DAI is Lelianna. I just don't like Cassandra, Morrigan, Cullen or Varric's new look.
I'm genuinely curious, not trying to be confrontational - I can see how the other characters have changed, but what do you find about Varric to be so different? Aside from the new scar he looks nearly the same (to me).

That poster is probably upset because Varric's new outfit is covering up all of that glorious chest hair.
Bearing in mind that I'm female and play female characters...in order 1,2,3.
DAO external: Teagan, Cullen, Duncan.
DAO internal: Alistair, Cullen, Zevran.
DA2 external: Fenris, Cullen, Sebastian.
DA2 internal: Varric, Cullen, Sebastian.
DAI preliminary external only: Cullen, Blackwall.
After much speculation, debate, and more opinions I've decided to update the standings to reflect upon after the initial tally-up. I've decided to not include player characters cause we gotta give the other NPCs a chance right guys and girls? 
I also noticed that right after I posted the first tally-up of ppl's opinions there was a very heated debate about Sera's attractiveness. It was quite interesting to see the great variation of people's opinions (from "arguably the sexiest Bioware character ever" to the "ugliest Inquisition companion") but I decided not to include the opinions of those debaters in the final poll tally, figuring that the critics and fans of Sera's beauty would just even each other out haha! 
There was definitely room for human error but this should be accurate enough. Enjoy!

@Home8Less: Wouldn't it make more sense to put the men and women into separate categories? Just seems rather odd to me to lump them both together. Just a suggestion.

Yeah Aveline was quite awkward but I suppose see's sorta beautiful inside......in a tragic sort of way I guess if you considered her husband died in her hands

DAO: Morrigan for women, Alistair for men
DA2: Isabella for women, Anders for men
DAI: probably Morrigan again for women, no men I've seen from it so far
Not to brag or anything, but you people obviously have been blinded by my beautifulness if you didn't mention me.
I'll let that pass for now.

My inquisitors must romance them all for different characters fit them haha
