Men: Dorian. Very nice skin color, kind of cute haircut, very nice facial features, sexy voice. Lose the stache and he'd be perfect, but as is he's great.

Women: Vivienne- most attractive face by far. Plus I happen to love elegance. Josephine is also quite pretty.

Outside DAI I'd say:

Gents: Alistair- Even though I find him annoying he's hot I'll admit. Fenris is extremely melting with that voice though I wish they'd have kept the tanned/dark skin from the concept art.

Ladies: Bethany, Morrigan, Isabela, Aveline and Velanna are quite pretty. Also Iona.

Vivienne is probably the most beautiful imo. Josephine, Isabela and Anora are also very lovely. Well, all the women are, but they would be at the top of the list.

 

For the men, just Dorian and Fenris, visually.
