At the risk of sounding blasphemous or inappropriate, I am surprised by the lack of mention of Mother Dorothea on anyone's list. I just played Leliana's Song (because I skipped it and I have the completionist/perfectionist plague). Dorothea is very attractive in Leliana's Song. I forget if Dorothea is still attractive in DA2.

 

Plus, I think Dorothea hints at the fact that Marjolaine "seduced" her to get the Orlesian information in that DLC. I don't know all the lore well on this point. Is being chaste a requirement to be a "Mother" in the chantry? I assume it is to be the Divine Mother.

Okay, being female and straight, I haven't paid much attention to the looks of any of the female characters in the DA series. My male favorites are easy to pick though. In this order...Alistair from DAO, Fenris from DA2, Zevran from DAO, then Anders from Awakenings. I wasn't too impressed on how Alistair's and Zevran's looks carried over to DA2. I won't even go into what they did to Anders in DA2. I'm also not too sure I like Cullen's DAI look.

 

If I had to pick females, I guess it would be Lelianna from DAI. In my opinion she's the only character they really made attractive in DAI and she's not even romanceable.

 

IMO pretty people seem kinda few and far between in DAI.....Call me shallow, but I may skip the romance altogether for this game.

Josie looks really pretty, from what I've seen so far to me she seems to be the most physically attractive female (although I'm a straight female so perhaps I'm not the best judge).

Lelianna is also fairly attractive I suppose, but her personality has always turned me off that I find it hard to look at her that way.

I really liked DA2 Cullen, I thought he was pretty gorgeous.  I'm not as keen on his DA:O or DA:I look but he still isn't bad.

Sebastian to me, while a little on the dull side was to me physically the most attractive....hands down my favourite male to date based purely on appearances (and that voice..gaah ;- ...I just wish they did more with his actual character.

Oh oh and more recently from DA:I Dorian, I wasn't too keen on his moustache when I first saw him but it has definitely grown on me.

Apparently her personality gets shifted a few tones towards dark in this game due to being tortured early in.

Leliana wins everything from me. She's the closest to perfectness that da has. Though out of the Lis... I'm not really sure. Cass is pretty In her own way. I think Sera will win personality and general cuteness. Josephine.... I feel like I haven't had a good enough look at her inside(s) or outside to judge. So ill see what I think in game.

As for the males Cullen is the winner, though I absolutely despise him. I'd say Varric is a close second and no one else is even in the same room.

Edit: and no, Vivienne is no where near the winners podium. In fact, she's outside in the trash can in both competitions.

While I don't find them as aesthetically displeasing as Z seems to, I will note that they look less like attractive, petite humans and more like a DA:O elf slept with Dobby.
