Nobody mentioned anything about coexisting or not coexisting. Humans are not elves. And saying the city elves are better on the basis of being not elves is anti-elven.

Well, I prefer city elves because I find them more sympathetic than the Dalish, not because they're less elfy.

The city elves have a tough lot, no argument.  But I don't think the Dalish offer a better solution.

Sacrilege requires that it be something that it violates something regarded as a sacred rule. Ingredients with substantial amounts of sugar used in the preparation and cooking of meat is very common.

At any rate, here's to hoping that Dalish activity won't be enough of a hindrance to the Inquisition that I'll be forced into opposing it... and here's to hoping that it's necessary enough for us that no one else will be able to oppose it.
