In this thread we talk about the alpha males (and females) of the world as well as the Qun.  Supreme beings of Thedas.

All races and beliefs will submit one day, but until then we just keep pushing on with our elite Navy loaded with gaatlok.

We have those that look down on us and have a problem with us...thats ok. This is why we have qamek.

Panahedan brothers and sisters.  Keep these bas in line on the BSN that have a problem with us.  Even though bioware gives us the shaft and doesn't let our warriors duel wield 2 handed weapons we will still crush any enemy.

I support Qunari, but I don't support the Qunari.

...that's why you don't give a race the same name as people under a philosophy. Pah. :S

Vashoth/Tal-Vashoth for life.

Since the Qunari Inquisitor was born outside of the Qun I hope I can make them a follower of the Andrastian faith.

I'm sorry.

I'm a big fan of the Qun. Such a beautiful philosophy and the fact that the Qunari are seemingly so incorruptible makes me admire them even more. They truly have chosen the righteous over the easy path.

I considered making my non-mage Qunari as someone who, though outside of the Qun, believes in that way of life. But I can't seem to come with a credible characterization of this character that I'd actually enjoy roleplaying. Ah well maybe next time.

Male Qunari Necromancer is totally romancing Cassandra Pentaghast.
The world is most definitely shaping before us.

I'm having trouble coming up with Qunari character concepts as well, we don't know much about Vashoth/Tal-Vashoth culture outside the Qun, and joining the Qun may not be an option in game. It kinda leaves me with "mercenary who doesn't care much about politics and just wants to live life", but Iron Bull is already kinda that except with some more complications.

I just plan on making my female Qunari despise the Qun and everything it stands for, and completely revel in the freedom she has as a result of not being part of it. I don't imagine she'll have even the slightest bit of sympathy for the Qun.

She'll come begging for free medical care the second the tumor shows, just like everybody else who enjoy their "freedom".

Nothing a bit of magic can't fix. I think she'd hang on to her free will, thanks. And her head.

This is what I plan for my male mage qunari. Additionally, he will also have no love for the chantry/circle/templar system that humans use and will be entirely anti-templar and pro-mage. I'm hoping there will be enough in game for him to grow as a character and not just strongly hate everything he opposes, helped by the fact he falls for Cass.

My Qunari mage believes in the Qunari and Andraste. Because people can be that complicated.

I'm pretty sure following both would be a nightmare - filled with more contradictions then you could shake a stick at. Your mage sounds like a bit of a masochist.. ;)

My female qunari warrior only cares about smashing heads and snoo-snoo, possibly at the same time if the stories Sten tells are anything to go by. :)

Contradictions and paradoxes are the way to truth. She also believes in the elven gods as well.

Basically, she believes every religion has truth in it. It's not masochistic. It's hopeful. She's a hopeful person. I guess if I had to pin it down, I would technically call her Andrastian. But she doesn't believe Andraste is the only way to truth, and she respects all other religions, and takes bits of them and adds to her own faith.

Nice to see someone else is planning a rogue, there are just not enough people who seem to want to!

It's kind of hard for me to imagine a Qunari being stealthy and avoiding notice - all things considered - but other then that I think a Qunari rogue would be interesting and rather sexy. <3

Heh it's hard for me to imagine as well, but that's why I want to give it a try! I think it could be pretty cool. :)

Qunari Warrior Inquisitor for the win. That'll be my second playthrough as a pro Templar.
