The line where the bone ends and the metal horns begins is really jarring to me. But I might just be loopy, lol. 

 

Isn't it just something covered over the horns?

These mock-ups are a tease. I'm staring longingly at the half shaved head option with the very horns I want. ::tear::

 

Oh, these are nice. I particularly like the braid, the bun with the hair wrapped around the horns and the hair tied with the red ribbons. Very nice, maybe these are hair styles they can look into for future games with the playable Qunari. I won't expect them, of course, but maybe it'll give them some ideas.

 

I'm lucky enough that I've gotten attached to the Qunari from the hinterlands/redcliffe castle gameplay demo (aka, the one in my icon), so I know the options I like and prefer are obviously available to me.

I'm partial to the full bun and straight, long hair (no bangs).

I'm still content with what I have though.

I'm just a little bit concerned with the hornless head, seeing as it looks like 'filed off horns to scalp level' instead of 'actually born without'. I haven't seen all the caps though, so hopefully there will be a pleasant surprise once the game ships over here.

 

Other than that, I'm pretty psyched to have a PC from my favourite race. Let the house of tides rise.

When I first heard DAI will have playable Qunari, I was like "so, well, meh? Don't care, don't need..." But after thinking a bit more about it, I am pretty sure I'll play a female Qunari wizard...

 

For a simple reason though: That character would possibly embody all the things I loathe about the Qun. A female "warrior" + "unleashed" Sarebaas working for the Chantry and by that defying the Qun? Love it, just love it!

The... Arishok told a joke?    Do you have to be playings as sarcastic Hawke to see this or something?  Was it funny?

There were a couple times he sounded like he could have been attempting to be humorous. But he's jokes tended to be even dryer than Sten's, so it's hard to tell sometimes.

 

When asked why he doesn't sell his gunpowder his response is "There is no profit in empowering those not of the Qun. It shall be dispensed to our enemies only in the... traditional manner."

 

And if Hawke tells him the Gaatlock could benefit many people he says "It does now. Just as swords benefit warriors but are not given to children. Well... your children." I think he even has the "smile" animation in that last part.

The post box is awkwardly stretched out at the bottom of the screen for me, but only on Page 29.

I wonder if it's that photoshopped hair image that causes it. I remember it happening in the Qunari hair thread once too.
