The wiki also says that Bhelen is the middle child of Endrin, infact it gets quite a lot wrong.

I have to sleep now as its 5am, its been fun. I imagine it will be explored a lot more in Inquisiton and we will find out then rather than basing the assumption about an entire war and strength of a nation on 1 line of dialog.
Also, a reminder that this conversation began because of the assumption that the next Qunari invasion would fail and that they would be wiped out. Regardless of how you think the third exalted march and very end of the war went, the Qunari did survive the the first Exalted march and won the 2nd against the combined might of the world who we had no reason to think weren't at full strength at the time (last blight was 200 years earlier), now the entire non-qunari continent is falling to pieces with blights, breachs, mage/templar rebellions and civil wars.
Meanwhile the Qunari have established an enourmous intelligence network across the continent and have focused a pretty much third of their society to war ever since.
i assume the will be the most difficult race to play as due to cultrual reputation. Vashoth or notAs interesting as the Qunari Wars are, can we focus more on playing as one in Inquisition, how people will react to us and the how will they fare when they attack again.

Speaking of, how weird is it going to be for the Chantry to deal with if "The Herald of Andraste" is a Qunari?
Artifacts and religious knowledge, yes, but anything to make a profit for a country, no. Southern thedus has yet to learn how to make one bit of tech the qunari have, not even the ones to better health. They only held artifact to be used for ransom and that's it.
So thedus war with qunari only resulted to push them from a -1 to a 0.
Not necessarily, just because the rest of Thedas doesn't use cannons 300 years after finding out they exist and likely having had the opportunity to capture a few [because reasons], doesn't mean they didn't glean anything else. For example health, just because it hasn't improved the lives of the common people doesn't mean the upper classes haven't benefited from knowledge gained thereby generating economic growth. Similarily improved infrastructure of the Qun could easily be absorbed and dessimnated with out having an in your face impact, or agricultural techniques etc etc...

I welcome the challenge.
I already see see how I can play they fem qunari. A jaded person who has to live with the fact she will never be seen on the standard of beauty who will always be hated and be feared for how she looks. Who always has to watch her back because of all the conflict she could face by being qunari, who on the inside want to be more fermium but has to be a ruthless fight to survive.
Man I always play played a character who has to watch their back in DA. From my elf warden, and mage Hawke.
I must agree with Drasannil.
Not to mention just imagine what Thedas can discover and uncover by sifting through the rubble of Par vollen and Sehron!
The former seats of the Qunari are likely going to be treasure troves of knowledge and lore.
<.< They just need to be leveled first.

They don't even know how to make the power of it. Did you play maker of the assassin and DAO:A? In mota it clear Orlais is still trying to find the fomula, in dao:a the dwarf who make explosives in your keep goes into hiding because qunari sky are trying to kill him so his knowledge does not spread. And the upper class is not using it ether, they depend on mages on the concerns of health.

The Chantry can apparently tell the difference between Val and Qunari, PC should be fine...more or less.

Like I said, because reasons. You don't fight for over 100 years with another culture with out learning something about it, from it and vice versa.
The entire notion that no one could have ever captured a single alchemist in all that time and pried the secrets from him is ridiculous, especially since the Qunari seem to continuously spawn Tal-Vashoth.
doubt it. Most see them as qunari is qunari. Similar to how crazy people see christians as christians that are all zealots(mind you this is opinion not fact)The Chantry can apparently tell the difference between Val and Qunari, PC should be fine...more or less.

Why wouldn't former qunari turned mercenaries sell the secrets of the Qun?
It makes no sense.

Pretty much, cultures bleed knowledge all the time despite their best efforts to do otherwise. To pretend that the Qunari have managed to hold it all in for centuries despite years upon years of war, conquest and liberation and continual defections is absurd.
thats why i said most my friend. People in the chantry know more than most but again opinion. I seek no arguement lolEven Petrice saw the difference. .-.

All it took was one crusade for canon balls to make their way to Europe.
i imagine like this
Chantry priestess: so qunari you've seen the maker's love
Inq: nah just trying to help but i respect your views, panahadan
CP: qunari propaganda!!!!!
Inq: i just said bye?* bewildered look*
Cp: kill the heretic!!!!!!
*Inq hits priest on the head with staff*
Inq: shush i have work to do* goes off to seal a tear*
My qunari's reaction.

Yuck Avatar.

My point is they learn very little form them to truly make a gain form it. The fact it with everyone still trying to figure out how qunari explosive works point to the fact southern thedus doen't know. Even if the did capture a qunari alchemist the fact remains it a qunari alchemist, they would die before giving up the secret.

The 2nd series first season is good, the second seasons has it ups and downs and it's third season is fantastic even better the the first series of avatar.
