Honestly i could have a few conversations to that regard; i know quite a bit about certain regimes within Europe during the early 20th century.

 

But that said; they likely wouldn't focus upon heads of state given, i don't care to discuss those often.

 

Now family members of mine? People of blood i am related to? I find that infinitely more interesting.

 

Mmm; I personally wish the law you are referencing didn't happen to include a much wider group of people then merely a Head of State some find disagreeable, it makes discussion...unpleasant.

Probably; I mean first off you need to think about all the people tied into Orlesian Nobility, now all of those directly tied to the Nobility, and those who's livelihoods depend upon those people.

 

The Military, Agricultural Sector, Commerce, The Arts, Basically every facet of society.

 

Even if you don't kill anyone but the nobles directly, you still doom an entire country basically out of spite.

 

Its practically evil.
