Still think Vivienne should've been a romance option for males.
Wouldn't "both" have been vastly better?

please in games these days it's always caterd to men so when the ladies get a bit of a bone the men start to complain about it
even if it was an even split people will still complain
I assumed the same when I clicked on this thread, expected whine but got acceptance???
Misleading thread title is misleading. Well played OP.
I'm still unhappy with options for fem!qunari. No Dorian, no Solas, no Cass, no Cullen. Iron Bull and Tal-Vashoth to me isn't good idea. Blackwall is unattractive to me, just too old looking. Sera and Josephine aren't intresting enough for me to pursue f/f romance.
I'm straight woman so I should be happy but since qunari female was what I'm most excited to play in this game, I don't feel lucky at all.

Why is Iron Bull/Tal'Vishoth not a good idea to you? The Qunari inquisitor's back-story is that of a mercenary whom is born outside of the Qun anyway, if you were worried about clashes of interest (which will probably happen regardless, anyway)? If it's lack of attraction to the character though, then fair enough.

Iron Bull seems to have problem with people who don't like Qun and want to express that (interview with Patrick Weekes said that he has problem with Varric because of that if I remember right). I personally despise Qun and I will do very anti-Qun Tal-Vashoth characters, one of them will be Sareebas, mage treated worse than cattle in his society. If he shares views of Qun and doesn't let my characters express how much they hate it, then my qunari ladies are going to have problem with him and so I can't think him as LI for my qunaris at all.
@Panda
I love your profile Pic Deadpool ftw and on topic I can see what your saying about the Qun it would be rather annoying if the Romances where affected because of religous beliefs I am in a similiar situation my first playthrough will be a Male Qunari Warrior thats gonna romance Cassandra I hope the fact she is Pro-Chantry and my Inquisitor isnt wont be a major issue/annoyance.
BTW I would have loved if Vivienne was a Bi Sexual Romance option but alas its not to be apparently.
I don't get why this is surprising. Dragon Age 2 did it as well. In that game women had 5 options and men had 4.
I think everyone should have an equal number of options however.

Do you mean Sebastian?
Do you mean Sebastian?
Sebastian was hetero? I remember i curse myself for piracing him because he was the most unbearable character in game. who would want to romance that guy?

you may not have liked him but he still counts.

You know Bioware could be pulling a fast one and have a hidden companion thats also a LI who knows
Also still hoping there are brothels in DAI with female Dwarfs that way my Male Dwarf Inquisitor can be with some Dwarven ladies I am bummed that neither Harding or Dagna were not LI options.
you may not have liked him but he still counts.
nobody liked him

Have you heard his voice? It was Voice porn, frankly. (Brynjolf!)
He was also a total man-****** once upon a time, but then Andraste went and screwed him up for everyone. Figures.

Yeah I was originally like this. But I'm gonna give Blackwall a chance. I hope he surprises me XD
nobody liked him
Sebastian is my friend ;-;
So was Velhanna for me... but that doesn't make her more lovable
you may not have liked him but he still counts.
True he was a LI if you consider it personally I thought he would have been better with actual character growth that meshed with your Romance like a Rivalmanced Sebastion should have had an actual love scene but thats just me.

Hey I loved Velanna she was as cuddly as a kitten. ![]()

To be honest I did not care for him or any of the DA2 romances but he was an option so he counts.
I remember when Bioware first did romances in BG2. Only 3 out of 7 playable races had any options. One LI was only available to 2 races. All companions were heterosexual. There were 3 options for males and only 1 for females. It seems to me that Inquisition is a big improvement.

Oh dont get me wrong I didnt care for DA2s LIs either the only person I wanted to romance I couldn't "Aveline" but I was just saying if Sebastian had actually been developed properly he would have been a whole lot better than Anders/Fenris (IMO).
The other options are all unstable to some degree or another, Sebastian is a normal guy and I happen to like that about him.
Normal guy? You mean the zealoutess celibate dude who has to murder his family's murderers before he can feel all pious and happy again. He had issues too...big ones.
