Not going to happen.  They probably already have storyboards on DA4.   It would not make sense for them to focus on a game that only sold half of what Origins sold.  You guys should look forward to Inquisition instead of focusing on the past.

How is selling a game with all DLCs attached for reduced price "focusing on the game"? They don't have to do anything. Just add "Dragon Age II Ultimate Edition (All DLC)" to Origin page - all content is already there. They can only gain here, by possibly selling some more copies, of a game that's already dead when it comes to sales.

I don't advise it for my gain - I already have all DLCs (except for some weapon packs). It might by a good idea to release it along with the next DLC to Inquisition (which would bring attention back to the franchise). It's not like it would cost them anything. I'm not talking about releasing boxed version sold in stores (that would actually be an investement, and probably  not worth the effort) - just the digital "game+all DLC bundle pack"

I would love to try the DLC but I'll be damned if I pay over $30 for everything when I bought the game by itself for $10 on Origin.  I could be talked into $15 for everything (including the Issac armor from Dead Space 2).  This game was fun, but too old (and not as good as the original, even the devs know that) to buy at a premium anymore.  EA would make more money off of a dead game (everyone says they don't support it anymore, so it's dead imo) if they charged less for the DLC. I mean DA:O UE is $15 this holiday weekend ($29.99 reg).  So screw what I said earlier, make ALL the DLC $10 and I am still paying more then half of what DA:O is currently valued for DA 2 which, was half the game that DA:O was.  I liked it but I don't think I'll play it again anytime soon.  I'll probably play my DA:O UE twice before I reinstall DA 2 Vanilla.

I'd buy it.

Then again rereleasing an ultimate edition of 2 and Origins makes sense for all the new players brought on board by I.  There could be a limited market for it.  Just do what Lucas does.  Repackage all 3 and sell it as a set with a unique gimme...we'll buy it...because we are fans.

The trick is for it to cost BioWare basically nothing to repackage the whole thing so they don't lose money.  If they can find a way to make a buck, they will.  We'll buy it, because...well see the definition of fans.

Just don't put Cassandra in a gold bikini...wait as soon as I hit post I'll have to answer why I said that...shrug...because...it's been done.

IIRC EA and Bioware had a deal about dlcs would be sold seperately by Bioware while EA would sell base games. It went online after Dragon Age Origins received an ultimate edition.

It was same for ME 2, ME 3 and DA 2. It got changed with DA:I, AFAIK.

I have no idea if either EA or Bioware gonna give up their rights on their "expired contract" regarding game and DLC trade but until then i'd not hold my breath.

Still i'd like it to happen.

PS: Bah so many acronyms.

Like I said...its not going to happen. DA2 support ended a long time ago.  They are not going devote resources to it when a new game is about to come out.

What support"??? All it is is marketing issue, no programmers needed except the web page modified to reflect new prices
