I'm wanting to know from a dev hopefully when Day One DLC goes up. I know some might see that as a stupid question but seeing as how there is a 70 page list of Gamestop stores doing midnight release, I was wanting to know if we will have to wait until tuesday morning/afternoon or if the DLC will be available via the Cerbeus Network at 12:00 AM ET Tuesday?

That's a good question. Since the 26th is the street date, I imagine the DLC will be up some time on Tuesday morning. But I'm only taking a guess.

judging from DA: O it will prob be midnight 26th <their time> ( i forgot where their office is located, Canada? ) but the servers will overload and you'll have a ton of problems accessing it

If it's the Alberta office, it's on MST.

Considering they know how many Gamestop stores will be doing the midnight launch, I would be very surprised if it was not up just before or slightly after midnight.

i can't find in the DA: O tech forum if the servers are owned by EA and run by BW or owned by EA and run by EA. I'm guessing the first since it would create a world of problems if it was the latter ( always needing to call EA if something goes awol etc )



anyway you should expect the DLC to be midnight <their time> as I said before and not whatever current time zone each of you respectively live in

I have no idea what that means, back to google ftw? I'm aussie, my ME2 comes a day after the Americans gets it ( assuming we're 1 day ahead of them ) so I personally get to watch the forum(s) blow up and millions complaining about anything and everything

edit: Inarai says it's Alberta = MST which still doesn't mean much to me but it does help u google it

Ok they are MST mountain standard time I'm in NYC which is EST there is a 2 hour difference right now it's 11:40pm & in MST its 9:40 not sure what time it is where you are

Mountain Standard Time. Which is an hour ahead of where I live, Central Time for me, it 10:39 pm atm.

So hopefully it will be up by 12:00 am Mountain Time, so 1:00 am Central, 2:00 am Eastern Time, 11:00 pm Monday Pacific Time.

i live in minnesota which is CST, but i work tuesday so i'll be going back to bed after playing right about until they start the DLC, lul. at least i'll be drunk (read like leeroy jenkins' at least i have chicken)

But I'd assume that the online services would be up and running during the midnight launch. I believe they were for things like Arkham Asylum.

My money is on a midnight release, hopefully I won't have too much trouble downloading the content since I won't be gettin the game till later that morning, fingers crossed X()X

The joker stuff for Arkham asylum didn't work, but that was on PSN. Hopefully xbox live will be prepared for the rush.

All I plan on doing for the midnight release is going home, importing my shep properly and maybe playing 30mins to an hour. I got to work in the morning
