lets just say for example tat someone...well has a spare code and is currently on this thread.....how should they decide? should they PM a certain random person? or just post it and let the fastest clicker become a keeper?

I don't know.

They could ask what Andrate's original name was. Then they could ask what the original name of the Ferelden Circle was. Then they might ask who Xandermal is.

Those are questions a fan might have the answers to.

But I'm guessing no one here can answer those three questions within the hour.
