You click the beta feedback button and it should be the last choice at the bottom. "Show Keep Beta Keys"
Unfortunately it looks like I am one of those people who didn't get extra keys.
I gave feedback just recently, and nope, none for myself to help here either.

I applied to the beta the first day it came out, and no luck with any codes, so if anyone has a spare on I would be endlessly grateful

I applied within an hour of the beta signups opening months ago but didn't get in. 
It sounds like some testers were given extras to distribute. If that's the case, it's great that Bioware's letting people have the opportunity to share them around! Back during the ESO beta I got a bunch of codes but couldn't use them at the time and ended up giving all of them away.
Anyway, if anyone has a code to spare, please?
9/23/14 Log entry-
It's been 7 days since the shiny screen brought hope to my eyes, but no help has been found. I can feel brain getting weak. Don't know how much longer I can last, I'm running out of food and supplies, and the nearest kitchen is all the way downstairs. It's like waiting at the very front of a long line only to realize you're eligible of being cut by others at any given time, depending if they have the right documentation to do so.
Let me share this with anyone who applied to the beta. Just saw it on twitter.

When you applied doesn't matter. It's what you put down they matters to them, so that they can they have a mixture of everything for testing
I posted it because the answer they gave, not because of the time the user applied.
