The keep finally synched my warden, thank the maker.

Persona problem persists but well I can live with that, because the warden was what counts and he is finally in the keep.

For all those who are troubles, follow all the guides around e.g. check literally EVERYTHING, something of this seems to work.

Hi I tried to add my hero on dragon age keep but my dragon age origins character won't upload and when I added dragon age ultimate edition to my bioware account I get the error

Invalid persona/game combination but on the screen before it sais my dragon age files are read only even though they aren't.

My dragon age 2 files sync without a problem though

Hey, i'm trying to access my online storage capacity through the player profile diagnostics.

There's multiple versions of one character and from what i understand each character is 4 files out of our 50 limit, plus i have a few screenshots uploaded... I recently bought origins ultimate edition on Steam, i owned it back in the day (long lost in my parent's home, bougth it again, didn't play online once) and i have some saves i've had backed up forever and a day, which i added to the current game.

Anyway, I just get invalid persona/game combination. I've registered origins with the bioware website using the code steam pops up when I launch, my characters are uploading to the keep, but I'd like to play some origins and DA2 and have new characters join them so I'd like to get rid of a few old versions and screenshots I don't need.

Basically, I'd like to be able to get rid of the stuff I don't need in the keep and lower my file count.

I hear playing dragon age 2 first might mess things up, and I might have, because i bought that on origin around the same time.

So... looked at a lot of topics, one guy seemed to have made it work by changing personas, but of course he never explained how. Has anybody solved this issue and accessed their characters/screenshots?

PS - if I go to online profile from dragon age origins (where it says i have so many files out of 50 online) I just get "Profile not found - The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded. "

Very annoying, hoping someone has a fix or bioware can give me access to my stuff. Even if it means deleting everything there, I have copies of what matters. Just don't want to fill my keep up quite yet when I'm just getting back into it.

I have this too, it's uploading for me but i have a bunch of outdated files and screenshots for some reason and I can't do a damn thing to delete then unwanted stuff.

Really need help.

I still can't get into mine either, apparently i have 27 files already and it's all old stuff. i just want to clear some of my saved files as I'm just getting back into this... no access. My old version is lost, was never played online back int he day, repurchased origins on steam and da2 on origin in the past few weeks.

Really want to know how to access my game and delete screenshots etc.
