A biotic is just an individual with eezo nodules in his or her body. In organics the only [known] way for this to happen is in-utero, but a synthetic body could be constructed utilizing mass effect technology just the same as any gun. In fact, since we don't know in what state of matter (solid/liquid/gas) refined element zero exists, it is theoretically possible to construct a body almost entirely out of it. Just imagine a glowing blue geth flinging everything around like Starkiller from The Force Unleashed.

Due to their nervous system. Geth are not individuals (prior to Reaper upgrades after which they don't have much time to create geth biotic soldiers), they gain intelligence by getting close to each other. They share experience. I view it as one brain trying to control 4 bodies at the same time.

The way I see it, if you can construct a large scale drive core, you can make a biotic.

 

While it is certainly possible, is it efficient? Eezo is expensive. Would 1 Geth Biotic be worth several Geth Troopers?

Geth do not use bitotics they are a structural weakness.

Sweet jeebus - would it even be possible to die with a Juggernaut Vanguard? I'm pretty sure you could solo platinum without even looking at the screen.

- mobile plattform with miniaturized eezo core for short distance FTL jumps

- Electrostatoc Discharge (tech version of nova detonating tech, cryo and fire splosions )

- defense drone (tech version of Annihilation field, zapping and priming for tech bursts)
