Hi!

 

So I'm trying to import my characters from DAO (PC) to BSN but the data doesn't upload.

I logged in with my Origin account to both DAO and BSN and I clicked "synchronize" but all I get is the achievments. No characters. In the Player Profile Diagnostic it says "Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your online storage". 

And when I log in the game itself, go to the Player Profile and then click "Online Profile", it sends me to the BSN page but says "Profile not found. The requested player does not have any Dragon age data uploaded".  May be it uses different accounts for some reason but then again - the achievents have been uploaded succesfully from the game to the BSN profile.

Hello! Recently faced with this problem - I bought Dragon Age Ultimate edition & Dragon Age 2, but they don't sync with my BSN profile. When I try to sync profiles, writes to me: "Could not sync your Dragon Age 2 account at this time. Please try again later." Game license, save with the pirates, but many people that did not stop sync profiles. Please help, I really want to move exterior Guard for DA Inquisition, will be very sad if I knowingly bought the licensed publications.
