I have Awakening fatigue, and I'd really just like to go straight through from Origins to Witch Hunt to DA2.
Could someone outline for me what my story changes would be? I've done a playthrough already through everything.

is there any?
You won't get Nate's deep roads side quest but instead some dwarfs that followed your trail.
Another side quest about someone targeting Amaranthine ships
Might be more but that is all I can think of atm.
Is the Architect alive or dead?
As Kenshen says, Nathaniel would be considered dead, which means you get the DA2 quest Fools' Gold rather than Finding Nathaniel.
Also, you'd possibly get one more side quest from fanatics who were angry that Amaranthine burned. Can't remember the name of the quest, but it's pretty inconsequential.
And that's it. No other choice from Awakening is registered in DA2, including whether the Architect lives or dies.
Nathaniel needs to be alive to hear anything about the architect and that is only a quick mention of a talking darkspawn. I have never killed him so I am not sure if it is different or not if alive or dead but I assume not.
What does it matter? Use the Dragon Age Keep to fill in those plot flags when the time comes.

I've only ever killed the Architect but sounds the same to me
The changes that have already been previously stated. Also it changes party banter with Anders in the Legacy DLC.
All depending on whether or not you did Awakenings, you have two different banters concerning Sigrun (this may also be effected on whether or not you recruited her too).
Also in the Legacy DLC all depending on choices made with The Architect changes dialogue when confronting the Wardens and Janeka and they talk about Corypheus. Anders's dialogue will change depending on the choice The Hero made.
I'm not sure if you lose out on other party banter, like for instance banter between Merril and Anders if you imported a Dalish save. I know there are two different banters depending if the Dalish Warden lived or was killed defeating the archdemon. Like I said though, I don't know if doing DA:A effects this or not.
So, you're not really losing out on anything in DA2 skipping over DA:A. Now in DA:I, that another question entirely. But with Keep, it won't really matter anyway.
