Strangely enough, in the concept art he had a weird looking braid...I think it was almost like a mohawk. This was of course a long time ago so he looked different all together. But still..

Wait, I might be thinking of Sera..I don't remember, anyway the point is he had hair.

I also don't mind conventional beauty. I can certainly appreciate it. But there is more to a person then their looks..sounds cheesy, but it's what I've found to be true in my experience.

It isn't exactly the baldness that bothers me. I think it's the baldness coupled with the pointy ears. It looks a little off-putting to me. I have to say I favor Blackwall. He just looks so manly delicious. I hope his personality matches.

agreed blackwall does look eatable... but cass is my fave lol :)

Well don't worry about it, report it if it offends you. And just try to ignore it otherwise.

I'm honestly at a loss for something to say now..the flow has sort of been broken.

i do what krogans do to their lessers: ignore them lol

Some folks just need a good ol' fashioned krogan headbutt to get them straightened out.  That's what my Uncle Urdnot taught me this summer!  :wizard:

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a fan of bald guys. It's not something that usually appeals to me...but to say this in the most inelegant way possible: I just like his face.

Seriously, he's actually quite attractive once I got past the baldness. Not to mention I find his character to be the most fascinating of our companions. (Along with Cole.)

Something else I wanted to share with you guys.  I'm noticing a serious lack of imagination among some of the posters here.  There is a few posters that keep insisting that Cassandra looks manly and has compared her to Brienne of Tarth.   They're trying to insist that is a really negative thing.

Well, I wish I could clean up like this:

Just like with Christie up there, I can see Cassandra dressing up amazingly well.   Women are more than just "mannish/butch" or "femme/models," and can even be both at once!  Shocker, I know.

Not to mention Cassandra looks far more feminine naturally than Brienne does.

I always find it hilarious when someone refers to Brienne as ugly, and I get the privilege of telling them she's a model.

That probably makes me a bit of a snarky ass. but ah well, I accept this.

being a model doesn't make you automatically attractive, she does nothing for me personally

hahaha Cassandra has no common thing with that (no offence to game of thrones fans). Remember Cassandra in Da2, she was soooo hot. The only common thing they have is that they both wear armor. But i couldn't think her with a dress fighting. If i change my mind and make a male character she will be mine.

I like to think Cassandra as tomboyish though, someone who doesn't care about her looks and being feminine that much.

Being a model means that enough people find her beautiful that they want to use her to advertise what ever it is they want to sell. Likely clothing.

Whether you find her beautiful or not, that still means a lot of people find her beautiful.

She likely doesn't care, though she may dress up for the ball. Assuming she will be present. She's feminine, but it's not something she has to try for.

I know that's a this in games, but it doesn't really work for me when every woman has makeup that would take a lot of efforts to apply.

Since Inquisitor has pantsuit I think our female companions have pantsuits as well. Personally I would prefer Cass in pantsuit instead of dress too ^^

That works for me, I think she'll look better that way as well.

Then there were the people complaining about her Keep tile.

Just...why the hell is it so important for it to look feminine ? It's an art tile for something you probably won't even be using more then once or twice.

I will never understand men who only want feminine girls. There is nothing strange about a girl having short hair, or a thick jaw. Or enjoying sports, the outdoors, Or anything.

Appearance is just far too important to some people. But I digress, I'm not going to tell people what to think. Nor would there be any point in me doing so.

Maybe it is as simple as it sounds, its just the preference. You can´t like something which doesn´t appeal to you. It is just not something that can be forced on. And when you have waited for the game like any other gamer who thinks romances are big part of the game, it feels kind of annoying to notice how your coming gameplay is going to be less than you thought.

I can understand that, and I'm sorry you're disappointed. But have you considered that maybe it's just not for you if it bothers you so much ? If you find your romance options to be lacking, and that makes you upset. Then you just shouldn't buy it.

I don't understand why people are complaining at this point is all I'm trying to say. It won't change, and it only annoys others.

Not to say you're complaining, well I've never seen you complain at least.

No, it means that the person (people?) in charge of casting found them attractive. It's not submitted to a democratic vote who gets to be a model or not. I personally find many models to be unattractive. Being a model doesn't automatically make you attractive. Attraction is still subjective and being a model doesn't change that.

Although strong jaw and short hair are seen as masculine there is tons of women who have same traits, for example Milla Jovovich & Florence Welch . For short hair there is countless examples and probaply most of women have had their hard short in some period of their life.

Cause there is lot of women we share same traits as Cass, I find some comments of her appearance insulting. It's okay if you prefer something else but no need to get ugly. For me Cass is character who I relate to so I guess that's why it bothers me when I hear insulting comments about her.

Good thing romances are not the only thing I like about Bio games. Otherwise I just might have to do that :). Maybe, just maybe there is a tiny change that devs might hear our cries and maybe someday they would heed to it. One can only hope. In the meantime, it will just have to settle what we have. (with a little murmur on the forums)

Well, even if they don't. There will be almost certainly next game, and hopefully you find something you like there.
