I'm still bummed Zevran's the only DA:O LI not returning. I know it's better than trying to shoehorn him in somewhere but I'll miss him.

I am looking forward to seeing them all honestly, but some more than others. for example:

 

 

So who are you looking forward to see in inquisition the most ?

 

-Hawke(Obvious)

-Grey Warden(Obvious)

-Alistair(I always make Alistair King and for my first playthrough of Inquisition my Warden is going to be Queen to Alistair's King, and I hardened Alistair to make him a better King. I want to know how he is handling everything especially after my Warden disappeared)

-Morrigan(Obvious reasons are obvious)

-Leliana(She's hard, she's smart, and she's a super spy. I can't wait to see her in Inquisition)

-Sebastian(Only because I always approve of Anders' actions and Sebastian vows he'll come back with his army)

-Merrill(What happened with the Eluvian if you helped her fix it!)

-Aveline(She is hardcore and strong, not to mention Hawke's best friend so I would definitely like to know what happened to her and Donnic lol)

-Fenris(My Hawke romances him always-so I definitely wanna know what happened to him especially since Hawke is definitely showing up)

-Anders(Obvious reasons are obvious-the man blew up and killed a Chantry full of people how does this effect the world and him)

-Bethany-(I played Hawke as a Rogue, even though I always play as a Mage, just so I wouldn't have to listen to Carver's whining. Bethany was much more cool and prettier too)

-Sten(Pretty sure he will be the Arishok if you kill the Arishok in DA2 and I always defeat him in one on one combat so I definitely want to see him in there to see how your Warden effected this very important outcome-it reminds me of Wrex and Virmire-Wrex becomes the leader of the Krogan if he lives through Virmire and that makes your relationship easier to deal with the Krogan in ME2, and I think this same dynamic is going to happen with Sten as the Arishok)

-Wynne(With this whole Mage vs. Templar fight hitting its apex you know Wynne will have to have something to say, if she hasn't died from her 'illness' yet if not I could totally see her being an advisor or something to the Inquisitor representing Mages)

-Shale(She was so much fun and so sweet once you got to know her. She was so brave to become what she became to protect her home and then to realize that she might want to be human again is amazing.)

-Ogrhen(I feel like he is Varric's perverted, drunk uncle or something. He always has some of the best dialogue and he's a Grey Warden after Awakening, I would be very shocked if he didn't show up)

-Zevran(Another super spy and Assassin, definitely would like to see him but I feel like he won't show up because his voice actor is playing another person in the game, so I think we will hear about him but only from someone else, he won't show up in person)

-Sigurn, Nathaniel, and Valeanna are secondary for me but would still like to know what happened to them.

Would love to see Javarris Tintop or Sister Petrice but in most playthroughs they bought it.  I would like to see my favorite slimy business man 'Hubert'.

Also really really hope they do not basically toss Sandal and Bodhan aside.  They have built up a potential story arch with Sandal and I don't want to see it short changed just because they get sick of dealing with him.

1) Hawke - as we know they're definitely in DAI, I'm very interested to see what their role is & how the set personality will work

I love the idea of brining past characters into the game... Some say it makes the world feel small, I say it brings awesomeness all around!  Catching up with a character you haven't seen since last you played is great.

 

But.. top five? sure!

 

1) Morrigan - Ahhh.  OGB, I wanna know!

2) Warden!Bethany - Just like the idea of her

3) Shale - Dude, it's Shale.  The character made me fall in love with the game

4) Isabela - She's great all around.  

5) Sebastian - His story ended at a great point, either way, I'm curious to see where it goes.

The lack of Loghain in that picture is disturbing, OP.

 

The inclusion of a dead man is even more disturbing.  He dies in everyplaythru.

 

You can see only the previous companions and Loghain is not one of them

 

Loghain Mac Tyr was a Secret Companion in Origins  (much like Legion in ME2).  To get him, You lose Alistair (AND he can't fight him in Landsmeet).

To be honest, I'd really be happy to see any of my former companions I've traveled and shared time with.  I remember when I first played DA:A after playing DA:O many times, I was so happy by the cameos introduced.  It really was sad to see some of them and not be able to bring them along with me. 

 

DA2 was the same, even though a different character being played.  I was so happy to see the cameos by not only of the former adventurers of the Grey Warden, but also NPCs like Bodahn and Sandal.  I don't think I'm alone here

 

I know a lot people have favorites, but since we're playing yet another role, my only favorites will be those able to join me in this adventure.  Of course I'll be happy by all cameos.  It really does make DA stories all come together, doesn't it?

Well inquisition companion-wise, Cole and Solas.
The most mysterious and interesting in my eyes.

Old characters:
*King Alistair to see how he's reacted to his missing Warden Queen. Is he a good king? If comic events occurred, how is he reacting after what happened?
*Morrigan because she and my Warden were close - is she concerned she's missing too? Also OGB.
*Warden (obviously! Fingers crossed)
*Because Hawke is back, I hope Anders is too. He was my Hawke's LI and they fled Kirkwall together. I don't see why they would separate, I think Anders would be rubbish at keeping himself safe.
*Sebastian to see how that pans out.
*Warden Carver! I don't see why more people don't love him? Yeah he was annoying little brother but that was more realistic to me. Bethany was too sickly sweet for me.
*Sten as the Arishok. Ahh.

Didn't really care for many DA2 characters. Though I do love Gamlen. I hope Hawke mentions her favourite uncle.
Seeing some minor characters from Origins grow into their own would be cool. Bevin from Redliffe, Connor as a (rebelling?) mage.

Really want to see Fiona, Evangeline and Rhys, though know that may not end well.
