Cloak is turning into my favorite added power, just for its ability to hide cooldowns alone. The agro dump and extra damage are just side bonuses.

You should try my BC. It does over 4000N of force and 1.50 seconds of recharge.

Well, I've thought about it, but I don't think I'd ever do it. I'll stick with hacking credits, unlocking hidden maps, modifying store drops, adding powers to kits, putting mods on the wrong weapons, and unlocking hidden objectives.

I only do this to the powers, because they're pretty pathetic at Rank 1 against any faction on any difficulty. It's great to edit them at Rank 1 so that you can get what you need from the power, but some of the added effects from the evolution ranks can't be added to Rank 1 unfortunately.

I'm using cloak mostly to hide other cooldowns, and I'm using charge to get around the map quickly and set off detonations. They both work great for those purposes even at rank 1. I even hide charge in cloak and bam, three-second cooldown.

A great way to get your cooldowns refreshed is to start a match on public and have Pugs join in. That's what I always I do, and it helps with the cooldowns, therefore, I don't need Tact. Cloak to hide their ridiculous cooldowns.

If you gave the Krolord overload and combined that with electrical hammer well....you've got yourself a real badass depiction of Thor instead of that human pansy blonde scrub.

If only I could replace the Cryo hammer with Lightning hammer, but I guess that was there for copyrighted reasons. LOL! I guess the Tech Burst could suffice.
